  • Fat Pad... How do I get rid of this thing?

    So I did my measurements today, and realized I have what I believe to be a 2 inch fat pad. WTF. I already have a little one, and this is just making it worse... ugh. How do I get rid of this fuckin' fat pad?

    I would like to know what workouts you guys have used to lessen your FUPA.

    You could try losing some weight. You can't lose fat from any specific area on your body, for there is no such thing as spot reduction. It there was we woudn't have any fat on or face,since we move or jaws a lot. Your genetics could be what cause the fat to stay there.

      I'm having a hard time loosing weight. My anti-depressant is making me sooo f-in hungry... But I know you are right... I'll hit the f-in treadmill.

        Losing weight is going to get ride I most of it. Some people naturally have a thicker fat pad

          Low carb diet and jogging 30 min to an hour a day will fix that problem unless like Bnip said you have a natural thick fat pad, but I'm sure you don't.

            Yeah, we all agree ... have to lose weight. Exercise and eating right sucks, but is sucks more when you don't do it. Besides getting fit will help you tons in the bed room with your new and improved cardio and muscles. Also healthier men have healthier functioning cocks too. I think once you get started you will get hooked to your new lifestyle. Good luck, buddy.

              Just cause your "hungry" doesn't mean you have to put food in your mouth. If you feel hungry go workout. Only feed your body what it needs, and if you are overweight - your body needs less than you need to maintain your current weight.

                You might be mistaking thirst for hunger. Are you drinking a enough water ?

                  Yeah, I do have a tendency to dehydrate, but I generally keep an eye on. I spend most of my days in class and in the office (sitting), and I keep a bottle of water handy. I usually drink about a full bottle of water every 2-3 hours.

                    A way to help you lose weight would be to mix some more effort into your daily routine, for example, instead of taking the elevatot everytime you could start taking the stairs, or if you have to go somewhere relatively close by, but usualy take your car, why don't you go on foot? This way you will help yourself by burning a few extra calories without ruining your whole day.

                      Having a big fat pad isn't always a bad thing. If allows you to gain more length before the wife notices. As long as you don't grind into her painfully. I probably will continue with hardcore (hanging) length later after I thicken up some.

                      Btw. My genetics will keep that fat pad on me.
                      PE is a lot like sex. First you have to find your technique, rotate your routine, and then plan on it taking a while. Then you will find satisfaction.

                          Try using Lean Muscle X thats what i used lost so much weight and gained muscle..

                            You can't target a specific area for fat loss, just lose weight, eat at a caloric deficit.

                            Fat generally follows a LIFO protocol, so you may need to cut for a while.
