here is how i read these things:

i am going to comment on the black dude with biggest looking shlong,
the dude on the chair from the pics,

he've got a tinny and thin body,
you can tell from,
his small ribcage and waist,
his big navel and nipples,
his small shoulders,and if you look at his finger they are long and thin,
if you add this to how the bone from his wrist is bulging,
and how small is his fore arms in contrast to his small wrist,
this guy is so thin that even his small forearms looks enormous against his even thinner biceps,
in contrast to his even smaller shoulders,
what tells for sure that he is tiny is his,
bulging eyes,

you should know that fat injections leaves you flaccid size with an abnormal bulge,
fat injection are for people with really inadequate sizes..
a guy still young and with these kind of tatoos i don't think that he is that insecure,

there is no way to tell for certain from just a close up pic of a penis how long or girthy it is..
except for maybe a pee hole that could be a constant as oppose to a variable,
or thickness of the corona...
that pic with bottle is too fuzzy and low resolution there are ways to know if it is photoshoped or not if you've got the original or a high resolution..
the op said like these are like the biggest pic on the net and these don't look like the 11 inches we hear of far from that...

How can you base your theory on someone's body proportion? I'm 6'5" 175lbs soak & wet , I would consider myself skinny. Fat pad maybe 1/4" and still my picks wouldn't come out looking like that. From growing up and experiencing what you can call gang banging girls I've seen dudes tall with big dicks and dudes short with big dicks. i only said that based on what i saw on the pic the guy has a small body,
and that if he has thin thighs then his girth is small and his head is really small proportionately,
so in this case his length is not beyond 8"..

We have everyone seen the ultimate mega penis pictures on internet. Those who looks like 10''x7'' and even above.
I know there have been many posts like "Is this guy really.. and is this penis real?"-kind of post. But I'm getting so frustrated on this.
And I've seen some big penises here in the forum claiming to be at least 8.5 and above, but they look nothing like this.

How can you tell if it's photoshopped? I can't live with thinking every man is that huge.
