  • Balance between PE routine and other body building, a discussion

edging and ballooning is also kind of physical exercise which may consume lots of energy,
so would you like to have a rest first? or will you just switch to other body building issues soon? for example, basketball game , football game or running?

will this do harm to the body if switch to other gym issues without having a rest?

PE in the morning, normal life for the rest of the day, sounds like a plan.
Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before

Edging or ballooning is not really a physical exercise my friend and it does not consumer much energy relative to the exercises you mentioned... Don't place it in the same category.

        So go for it!
        Start
        BPEL: 6.7
        MSG: 4.5

        Now
        BPEL: 7.7 (+1!)
        MSG: 5.1 (+.6!)

Most trainees would consider a PE routine to be a good stress reliever- as opposed to something that would contribute to overtraining. The exception is if you're ejaculating more frequently than you're capable of recovering from.

You would likely have to be on the verge of overtraining in order for one form of training to impact the other in that manner. If you prepare for your BB workouts by taking energy supplements, they can definitely interfere with your PE routine if they haven't cleared your system.

it consumes energy, not in the ATP form, but in the neural form
