  • Increasing my Ejaculate

    So I have read some threads about increasing ejaculate... has anyone come back with some quantifiable results yet? No guesstimating increases, as in % or mL wise.


    So far I take Maca Extract and L-Arginine.

    I do not ejaculate too much at the moment... without edging sevral times... and after 2 days without cumming, then masturbating to straight ejaculation, I only fill about a teaspoon (4-5mL, yes ejaculated into a spoon lol)

    Also on BodyBuilding.com, there has been many reports of this supplement called "Ejaculoid" by Goliath labs to work amazingly.

    These are not fake reviews, there are at least 500 replies by different members.

    I'm not sure about this, but would like to know more...I tend to shoot a nice load, but its not as nice as it used to be, Id enjoy getting it back up to par.

      I was thinking of starting an experiment... but it would be nice if I had some other people join.

      I am currently going to school away from home, and I am heading back on the 6th...

      For a control, I plan to stop taking my Maca, and L-Arginine now, and will ejaculate every third day. For more controls, I will edge for 30 mins on the days I don't ejaculate and on the day I ejaculate, I will not edge to build up ejaculate. How does that sound for a control so far?

      When I head back down to my house, my parentss have a juicer, and I will be doing some experimenting.

      Here goes as follows:
      1. Juice a whole bunch ( the whole stalk u can buy at grocery stores, aka 5-9 stalks) of celery and drink it as a juice, along with some pineapple juice for the lady
      2. Take 2000mg of L-Arginine a day in the morning
      3. Take 2g of Maca in a protein shake

      I will compare the amount of change via measuring with a standard tea spoon.

      Anyone willing to try would be great, as I have a medical condition that effects my liver, I have not consulted my doctor regarding "Ejaculoid" yet.

      Also, Goliath Labs does not ship to Canada (they do offer to try and send as gift tho), and only US because Canada has a ban for one or two of the ingredients found in "Ejaculoid"

          Its been a myth that celery produces more ejaculate, as the Porn Star Peter North, who is notorious for having huge loads, says he eats a whole bunch of celery before each scene to increase his ejculate.

          That being said, last time I tried to stack on as many things known to increase ejaculate was two weeks ago.

          I abstained from ejaculating for 3 days, and in each of those 3 days i took 2g L-Arginine, 3-5g Maca extract in 1 scoop protein, 1-2 cups of pineapple, 3-4 sticks of celery, 100-150g of pumpkin seeds (increases prostate health, which prostate makes a portion of ejaculate). On the third day, I did some edging, the whole session was around 30mins, and in this I reached the PONR 4 times, after this I ejaculated approximately a Tbsp (13-15ml).

          Im not sure what it was exactly due to, so Im testing the celery this time, as it is much each to juice 8 sticks of celery then to eat that much.

            2+ litres of water/fruit juice (apple, pineapple, tropical etc) per day.

            I've found that these have worked for me
            Start (1st October 2009): 6.25" BPEL, 4.4" EG

            Current (1st April 2010): 7.05" BPEL, 4.72" EG

            Ultimate Goal: 7.75" BPEL, 5.50" EG

              Oh yea, forgot to mention, I already drink around 3-5L of water a day haha.

              I dont take Zinc at such high amount as my disease is a complication in removing excess copper from the body (mainly liver), and zinc being another metal, I simply should not take more than the suggested daily intake of zinc.

              Like I said, for this test, no edging is allowed, I simply believe that I cannot keep a control on the amount of edging I can do. For example how many times I hit the PONR, how many times does the body stop ejaculating and produce more semen. All of these variables are highly not in the control of a person, thus only edging on off days, and straigh masturbation to ejaculation on the 3rd day.

                I always shot a pretty healthy helping of love sauce but last year I wanted to see if I could flood a small country. Here's what I found after doing some experimenting.


                SURE FIRE Successes:

                (1) Long Edging Sessions - You have bring yourself to the point of ejaculation several times. I've gone as long as 3 hours of edging reaching near-climax around 30 times. It's intense and takes practice. But my opinion on masturbation is you should always make it as good as possible. I never jerk off just to cum. I always enjoy it for an extended period of time. I look at it sort of like sex. Do you just want to fuck for 2 minutes and spew? No, at least I don't. Long edging sessions work, period.

                (2) Ejaculation Abstinence - Abstaining from ejaculation for a few days obviously helps. I don't think I ever went longer than a week but I was packing a pretty big punch after only 3 days. I imagine that you can probably blow a huge amount if you wait for more than a week. I don't think I could though.

                (3) Ball Massaging - I have found that massaging your balls while you jerk off makes your orgasm insanely intense. It might not increase your cum load but it will make you spurt a lot further.

                (4) Supplements - The ones that I have found to work are few. You mentioned Ejaculoid. Yes, this stuff works really well. I was blowing huge loads while I was on this shit. But it gave me headaches. I'm not sure which of the ingredients to blame for it, but something did because the headaches disappeared once I stopped taking it. It has a lot of ingredients in it which I think all combine for the load increase. I have taken most of them individually with only ONE of them having an effect on it's own. That was Lecithin. It wasn't substantial, but I defintely noticed an increase.


                I think your best bet with regards to supplementation is Ejaculoid. Try it, it's not too expensive. Ejaculoid by Goliath Labs - G8-1003 - at The Vitamin Shoppe

                    Haha, thats why I was also a bit cautious on ejaculoid because yohimbe can cause psychosis or some other brain problems. Also it contains GABA, which is a neurotransmission inhibitor for the Central nervous system.

                    Like I said, I do understand edging makes a huge difference, and I want to once again STRESS that, the amount of edging cannot be controlled for, thus I would like a more accurate way of determining cum load.

                    Once determined that ejaculate can be increased pre edging, it would equate to even a more massive load post edge, thus I want to test what might make a difference.

                      Alright... a little update!

                      So after 3 days with no ejaculation, I jerked it for approx 30 mins without ever reaching the PONR. This ensured I did not cause edging to occur and build up extra ejaculate.

                      After releiving myself, I measured only a small amount that was approx 2mL (a bit below half a Teaspoon)

                      With this amount, I will wait till thursday before I touch myself again, but this time will attempt to hit the PONR sevral times before ejaculation for comparison.

                        Alright, so I cheated already.... lol...

                        Damn I my urges were too strong today... So I decided to touch myself. But not without providing some important results!!!

                        As you guys already know, Edging does increase ejaculate amount by quite a bit, but no one has ever mentioned how dramatic.

                        So as I mentioned in my last post... I finished with like ~2mL.

                        Today, I had a session for about 36 mins and lot of PONR, and to document the dramatic results of edging.....

                        I also finished with an almost identical amount to the eyes, and was ~2mL again in the spoon. This is quite amazing, even to me, since, yesterday I have been letting my semen build for the last 3 days, and here I am, the day after producing the same amount because of edging.

                          Ok, when im back. When I went home that week... I was too busy bumping around with the GF so I never got a chance to juice the celery >_>

                          Anyways I've put in my order for new supplements that has been getting great reviews on bodybuilding site.

                            I can distinctly remember the most I ever ejaculated in terms of volume, force and intensity. I had spent the afternoon suntanning in my backyard. Since nobody can see me directly, I had pulled my cock and balls out the side of my shorts and oiled them up with leech oil and let them soak up the sun's rays. The enviroment and heat of the sun was very stimulating. My penis would constantly go from an engorged flaccid to a pulsing, throbbing erection, without any physical stimulation.

                            I was eating raw walnuts by the handful and lots of raw brussel sprouts and brocolli. Eating lots of Universals desicatted liver tabs and washing 'em down with water. That was about 90% of my diet over the preceding 48 hrs.

                              Hmm don't know what to say, can't really judge anything from your experience. I do agree that your arousal probably played a large role. Although I find it difficult to imagine 1/ of a cup full, a lol. A cup is 250mL and 1/3 would be at least 80mL. According to medical journals, 10mL is the upper extreme for amounts of ejaculate. I also believe Peter North is around this 10mL. If what you had was indeed that intense, I am highly jealous lol.
