Is porn ok if you already know the misleading in it plus all the other stuff, and if you take your time when jerking off?

Also what should I do to minimize the effects of masturbation with porn?

Do it with a death grip, with a normal grip, with my other hand, just useing a few fingers stroking it (not a grip) etc.,

No. Going from your previous posts (hope I'm not confusing you with someone else), you're already suffering from low self esteem. You don't have a lot of real life sexual experiences to go by. You seem to be exactly the kind of person who should not indulge in this stuff.

I don't know what kind of stuff you're watching now, but if you have to watch, then try going for softer stuff. Like the "I Film Myself" series and such. That's more real than most of what's out there.

I just can't resist watching hot naked girls in HD when it's just 1 click away I've tried to quit several times, never managed to make it past the 4th day.

Yeah, you are not confusing me with someone else. There's a guy on the forum with nearly the same name "Thenewdude" but I never see him around anymore

You can't minimize the effects porn has on your brain like that. But you can resensitize the glans by going with a softer grip, masturbating without rubbing the glans, or using a sleeve (there is lots to choose from: fleshlight, tenga, and what have you).

Oh well, at the very least try to steer clear of the "gonzo" stuff. All that stuff with bukkake, anal and huge dicks all over the place will just continue to eat away at your self esteem and bury your problems further.

I was more thinking about in terms of lasting longer, because one of the problems with porn is that people are afraid of being caught so they wanna orgasm as fast as possible, and you then teach this to the body, so eventually you will reach orgasm very fast, but when you already are aware of this side effects you can prevent it in some ways by playing with yourself and taking the time?

You should go into the pre-e forums and follow the guides there. Some of them will advice you to deathgrip, but in your situation you seriously shouldn't. For there is also a forum for people with ED, which is something that can happen with people who watch too much porn. You may have none of these problems, or you may have one of them - but you don't know yet. Learning to control your pelvic muscles will be an asset regardless of what happens later, so that's your safest bet.

I have the opposite of ED, so that wouldn't be a problem, dunno about Pre-E though.

How can you tell? Being able to get it up in front of the computer screen is not the same as getting it up with a girl and have it stay hard during intercourse. Young men never had this problem before the time of internet porn, but a lot of them do now due to them being conditioned to trigger off of visual stimuli. Real life sex normally doesn't provide the same kind of visuals, and it's an entirely different sensation. This is why I strongly advice you not to try to fix problems before you know you have them.

Knowing all of the "tricks" that they use in porn and even in magazines has turned me off. From the lighting to the camera angle, everything is planned for optimum viewing. Then there is makeup put everywhere (on guys too), fluffers, hair stylists, commands from the director, a time limit. How would you like to be going at it with a stranger that is getting paid to pretend that she is having the time of her life. But if you really look at her face, she doesn't look like she is enjoying it at all. In fact, she is counting down the minutes until she hears cut so she can get her paycheck. Not to mention having someone bark orders to you while you are trying to do your thing in a room full of strangers. "Turn around", "slam her harder", "make a better face", "don't blow yet", "move your ass we can't see her", "pretend you are eating her out (but only for a minute cause' it's not easy to record it)", "now angle this way", "position your body a little different", "you're blocking the light", "ok, cum now!". I can go on and on about what goes on behind the scenes but it would be a really long post!

They get paid to do a job, and that's just what they are doing. Their job. Can you imagine how their real sex life is? I bet they are miserable and still feel like they have to perform. How will their partner know if they are faking it like they do for their job? That's got to mess with them too.

I don't know about you, but I only do my job because I need money to pay bills and such.

If you watch porn your sense of reality is distorted, so when you have a girl right in front of you "he" probably won't know what to do because he is used to your hand and therefore won't be able to perform. You can watch better "porn" in your head by using your imagination (it's your movie).

Good stuff, but while we're at it, shouldn't we also mention the painkillers? They're often found on set, especially for the anal scenes. There are limits to what all these petite little girls can take...
