Anger benefits you because it allows you to prevent yourself from being taken advantage of or exploited by reaffirming what you want and deserve. The feeling arises when you feel unappreciated and undervalued. When your anger arises and you begin to feel like a volcano ready to erupt, channel it appropriately and it can give you the upper hand when negotiating and working out compromises. As long as you are able to keep your temper under control through deep breaths and personal space, you’ll be just fine! Your anger will end up getting you what you want in the end!
