    • Intense Espresso

You are a phenomenal intense espresso! As your name suggests, you are intense. You have your own style and aren't afraid to show it. You are also very ambitious and passionate. You have an independent soul that can take you one day to the small villages in Brazil or Columbia to be a coffee tester. You don't like empty words and behaviors, you are more concerned with the marrow, the hearth. You are a total perfectionist, but that's okay; because you are loved and admired by your unique style. Congrats, intense espresso!

You are an excellent Americano! First of all, everyone, including me, admires your professionalism. You look very serious and professional from the outside, but you have a helpful soul and a big heart on the inside. You help lots of people everyday, for example, by just helping them wake up. On the other hand, you are very energetic and flawless every morning. You are loved widely all over the globe, and if you have haters, you have to remember that they are the ones who can't put up with your success. Keep on being awesome! Congrats, Americano!

Hmmm...I wonder if there is a Canadiano?

                        Cherry Cheesecake Brownies!

You're sweet and enjoy the natural things, and aren't afraid of a challenge. You see the beauty in life and see the world for its possibilities!

                        INGREDIENTS
                        Cheesecake Topping Ingredients:
                        2 (8 ounce) cream cheese
                        ½ cup sugar
                        1 egg
                        ½ teaspoon vanilla
                        Brownie Ingredients:
                        1 cup butter
                        6 ounce unsweetened chocolate
                        2 cups sugar
                        1 teaspoon vanilla
                        1 teaspoon salt
                        4 eggs
                        1¼ cup flour
1 (21 ounce) Lucky Leaf® Cherry Pie Filling

                        INSTRUCTIONS
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 13x9 inch pan with foil and spray lightly with cooking spray. Set aside.
To make the topping: Beat together cream cheese, and sugar until smooth. Add in egg and vanilla and continue to beat until smooth.
To make the brownies: In a microwave safe bowl, melt butter and chocolate 30 seconds at a time until melted and smooth. Stir in sugar vanilla and salt. Add in eggs and flour. Mix until incorporated.
Spread brownie mix into the bottom of your 13x9 inch prepared pan. Drop Cheesecake mixture on top followed by the Lucky Leaf Cherry Pie filling. Run a knife through the top giving it the marbled look.
Bake for 45-50 minutes until the cheesecake states to turn lightly brown on the edges. The cheesecake center will still jiggle a bit. Cool completely and chill for 4 hours before cutting.

                          Extra Fudge Coconut Oil Brownies

You're old soul has made you adventurous! You like the sweet things mother earth dishes out (or drops from the sky, *clunk*). You have a positive outlook on life and you love true natural beauty. Indoors or Out, you like to have a good time hanging with friends and family.

                          INGREDIENTS
¾ cup coconut oil (measured while solid)
                          4.5 ounces unsweetened chocolate
                          1 cup packed brown sugar
                          3 eggs
                          1 teaspoon salt
                          ¾ cup all purpose flour
                          INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Melt the coconut oil and the chocolate over very low, gentle heat.
Whisk the chocolate mixture in a bowl with the brown sugar. Whisk in the eggs until the mixture thickens, about 30 seconds. Stir in the flour and salt until just combined. The mixture will be oily and heavy.
Pour into a 9-inch square baking dish (mine was glass) and bake for 25-28 minutes. There may be a small amount of oil sitting on top or around the edges of the brownies - that's okay - it will reabsorb when you take them out of the oven. The less time you bake for, the more fudgy the brownies will be.
Let the brownies cool for a few hours or overnight for the most clean cut pieces (but let's be honest - you better break into those while they're still warm). The brownies should be fudgy and dense and delicious, almost like a cross between traditional brownies and little pieces of fudge.

                            Ingredients
                            3/4 cup butter
                            3 ounces unsweetened chocolate, chopped
                            1 1/2 cups sugar
                            3 eggs, lightly beaten
                            1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
                            1 cup all-purpose flour

                            Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a 9x9x2-inch baking pan with foil, extending the foil over the edges of the pan. Grease foil; set aside.
In a medium saucepan, melt and stir butter and chocolate over medium-low heat until smooth. Remove from heat. Stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Stir in flour just until combined.
Spread batter evenly in the prepared pan. Top evenly with spoonfuls of the Caramel Swirl. With a thin metal spatula, swirl into batter.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until top springs back when lightly touched and edges are starting to pull away from sides of the pan. Cool in pan on a wire rack. Using the edges of the foil, lift the uncut brownies out of the pan. Cut into bars. Makes 16 brownies.
