To have a patient who focuses on the more realistic values and details of valuable discussion topics can be a breath of fresh of air, but it can also be stifling when it comes to reaching for the stars. However, having a strong sense of realism makes you a great problem-solver and a beneficial partner when having in-depth conversation that consists of life's many unpredictable dilemmas. You like to take people, places, and things just as they come and depend on your physical sight to form an opinion or idea, so let your therapist balance out the equation with some emotional guidance that doesn't always rely on fact!ALL THE WAY WITH GOOD OLE JAY!Comment

I am now lying down, but no I am not falling asleep. It is sad I have to get up for work in 5 hours but no sleep. Rather than lie here thinking I figured I would check back into then party. No penguins to help lull me off to dream land.ALL THE WAY WITH GOOD OLE JAY!Comment
