MMO is Multiple Male Orgasm. You can orgasm without ejaculation. Are you good at it, you can go on for hours at 100% erect. And from people who have learnt the technique I've heard that after they orgasm, their erection goes back to 40% of the sensitivity. Means that it won't of course feel as PONR the entire time.
