I'm happy that there was sun for 3 days since sky was grey for 2 weeks

When it gets cold here(-18-20 celcius) then sun usually comes.

My 2 year old son (almost 3, holy crap...) is still a little sick. Nothing major, day 2, mild fever and that's it. We are having a quiet day at home, presently watching Despicable Me. He's sitting on the couch next to me. Just a second ago, out of nowhere, he turns to me and says "I so, so happy you my dada" then grabs my neck pulls me in and says "big hug!".

I am happy I made it through my first P90X3 workout and did better than I expected.

I am happy that after not being able to lift weight for 15 months in three weeks I am back to lifting more than I did 15 months ago and my ulnar nerve is holding.

I promised myself that as long as I don't suffer an injury set back, I will be back at my pre injury size and shape in half of the time. My nutrition is right and I am loosing weight and size at a good pace already. If this keeps up, I should be able to reach my goal.

I am happy that my son and so many of you PEGym members are working on getting into shape too because it makes it easier to keep each other motivated. Fit body here I come. Bring it!

My nephew came home today on a leave from military service. He's gonna be around for 2 weeks. I love him so much and I truly missed him. I'm so happy today.
