I joined this forum years ago out of curiosity. Hell, I even tried the whole PE for about a year. I gave a good solid year of hard work and effort, doing all the exercises properly. I recently came across the website again, noticed my account was still active, so I made this post.
What are the results?
Date started: 10/22/11
BPEL: 7.1 inches
EG: 5.45 inches
After 6 months of doing different exercises and getting a good routine down, I thought I would see some improvements. I had a stronger erection, but I attributed that to kegels, as that exercise deals with actual skeletal muscles.
After a year, my results had only very marginally improved. Again, this was due to a stronger erection, not from increased size. Results as of 10/18/12:
BPEL: 7.2 inches
EG: 5.5 inches
Marginal at best. I then decided to see if I could maintain the hardly increased size with kegels alone. That was all I did. Nothing changed. The erection strength I had gained stayed the exact same, and so did the (very marginal) increases.
The point of my thread is that you people are wasting you time. It's a little ridiculous looking back, how much time I wasted trying all of these silly exercises. It's a joke. The only people on this website who claim real results, do not have before/after pictures to back it up. A poor quality picture of your penis alone is not a good way to determine anything. If you had real results, you'd be proud and compare next to rulers, with no shotty images whatsoever.
Stop wasting your time, stick with kegels alone, and get over the fact that you may not have the penis you would like.
