    I joined this forum years ago out of curiosity. Hell, I even tried the whole PE for about a year. I gave a good solid year of hard work and effort, doing all the exercises properly. I recently came across the website again, noticed my account was still active, so I made this post.

    What are the results?

    Date started: 10/22/11
    BPEL: 7.1 inches
    EG: 5.45 inches

    After 6 months of doing different exercises and getting a good routine down, I thought I would see some improvements. I had a stronger erection, but I attributed that to kegels, as that exercise deals with actual skeletal muscles.

    After a year, my results had only very marginally improved. Again, this was due to a stronger erection, not from increased size. Results as of 10/18/12:

    BPEL: 7.2 inches
    EG: 5.5 inches

    Marginal at best. I then decided to see if I could maintain the hardly increased size with kegels alone. That was all I did. Nothing changed. The erection strength I had gained stayed the exact same, and so did the (very marginal) increases.

    The point of my thread is that you people are wasting you time. It's a little ridiculous looking back, how much time I wasted trying all of these silly exercises. It's a joke. The only people on this website who claim real results, do not have before/after pictures to back it up. A poor quality picture of your penis alone is not a good way to determine anything. If you had real results, you'd be proud and compare next to rulers, with no shotty images whatsoever.

    Stop wasting your time, stick with kegels alone, and get over the fact that you may not have the penis you would like.

    Why do you care if we waste our time? If we choose to do so, it is something you shouldn't criticize so bitterly. Some people waste their time with video games, others smoking, etc, etc. If it makes us happy that we're doing something, even if it doesn't work, then leave us be.

      Nobody has to prove anything, you have to trust people.

      I've made gains and will never prove it to anyone but myself.

      It's a well know fact that hardly anyone gets gains from the conditioning stage, only a dedicated advance routine will yield.

        So you did a half assed routine, gained a little size, then quit and maintained the size through better EQ. Now I would bet your better boner equals better sex. Did you really gain nothing.

        I​understand you have not gained much but if you tell me your routine I bet I can change it and surprise you.

          People who waste their time on video games are passing time in an entertaining manner at least. Trying to make your penis larger by any significant amount isn't possible in the first place.

          Why do you assume it was half-assed? Because I am telling the truth about PE not working? It's very true that you can improve bloodflow, increase your pelvic floor muscles to achieve better EQ. But as far as increasing smooth muscles, you just can't. Better EQ does make for better sex, but it was a big waste of time to follow a long routine for around a year just to find out all but 2 minutes/day was worthless.

          I started off doing JP's 90 day beginner routine. Since it was so long ago that I was actually doing PE, I've forgotten the exact routines I followed, but it was mostly based on JP's routine with different amount of jelqing, stretching, Uli, horse squeeze, and others added and taken away. That was all dependent on further research and what I was most comfortable with doing.

            In my time at the PE Gym I have noticed these type of posts or posts from people who "claim" they got injuries or try to throw mud at the PE community. One thing that you will ALWAYS notice about these threads/posts/OPs is that usually they have very little previous posts, if any at all (the OP in this case).

            Now, for anybody who comes on this forum, posts, asks questions, reads up about it, will realise that it is an open community and there are always people to help and share ideas/routines/and give advice on how to prevent injury or how to alter your workout if you are not seeing gains.

            If people come on and post negative comments like the one above, while not participating on this forum whatsoever, and not asking about his workout during this full year of doing PE, then they are either really stupid or else they are posting in order to try to discredit PE or is just a troll. End of.

              Whatever the media would have you believe, very few people are willing to post pictures of their genitalia on-line no matter how pleased they are with them or how anonymous they would be. Did you post a pic of your dick next to a ruler when you started, Enigma?

                    Dose anyone care about your little rant Enigma? I hope not.

                    As I and many other PEGYM members look down at our bigger/Healthier dicks and constantly come back to the site to help other members, you'l find that we in this great community grow tired of threads like this that eventually get closed.

                    Any newbies reading..Shouldn't take notice....Just like any exercise method if you want to see gains and reach your goal, you have to be dedicated and not give up after a year...then go blame something when you gave up.

                      You guys are really good at the whole ganging up thing. Just throw enough shit at the "outcast" and they will shut up.

                      Yes, I took pictures when I first stared. All the way up until I stopped, I took pictures every month. Next to a ruler, accurately.

                      All the pictures I've seen on here have not been taken accurately whatsoever. The gains are never in excess of an inch, with the only gains being from posture, different erection qualities when the pictures are taken, and how the rulers are held.

                      I didn't post any messages or pictures, because unlike you people, I have no need to constantly discuss increasing the size of my penis. I tried it out for a year thinking "well, if it works, awesome. If not, no big deal". I still don't see it as a big deal. I'm not angry. I am not claiming injuries or deformities. I am not even putting anyone down.

                      If you like doing it, more power to you. It's just a little upsetting that people come here actually believing they're going to make real gains. Guys with little confidence because they have a below average penis think they will gain something they're missing, only to be let down with time wasted.

                      All I am saying is to focus on whatever exercises that can actually work. If you're overweight, work out. If you have poor erection quality, do kegels. But please, please don't waste your time and money buying apparatuses, stretching, or doing things that could even potentially damage your penis if done incorrectly.

                        It really takes a certain kind of vile arrogance in a person to decide for others of what is worthy of them to do in their spare time and what is not, please critically think before you click that post reply button, and big o is probably right your routine probably also sucked balls in fact sucking balls might of worked better then your routine/effort.

                            The point of the site is to guid people on how to prevent injuries....you don't have to spend a penny too.

                            You've got people ganging up on you because all of the gang would of made gains!

                              I see in your signature, AverageAndAhalf, that you went from 7.1" BPEL to 7.3" in the span of a little over a year. Do you really think that is from you doing PE? Your penis can vary in size day to day simply from the temperature, or arousal level, or the food you ate last night. In fact, it can often vary by 1/4 easily. Do you realize how insignificant .2" is?

                              By all scientific standards, it's well within the margin of error especially given the variables involved.
