I never ejaculate during wet dreams?

Hey guys, this isn't a problem for me but I just want to know why I never ejaculate during a wet dream, well it's not really a wet dream because I don't cum lol

Whenever I have sex in a dream, I feel as though I'm orgasming during the dream but I never wake up with a wet patch or anything? I've had about 3 wet dreams in the last few weeks (from abstaining because of an injury) and never ejaculated, or in any other wet dream I've had in my life. Is it possible that it dries up before I wake up? But then surely there would be some kind of stain?

Is there a reason for me not ejaculating in a wet dream, anyone else get this?

Yes. There was an article I read a long time ago by a doctor, but I can't find it now. It basically said that if you're not ejaculating during sleep it means your body does not need it. It doesn't mean that you can't ejaculate or that there's anything wrong with you (a lot of men don't have wet dreams), it only means it is not necessary for your body to secrete semen. If you have a large build up of semen due to ejaculating a lot and then abstaining or during puberty if you don't masturbate enough, wet dreams are how the body rids itself of excess semen.

i hav e never had a wet dream either but then I ejaculate regularly. Kegel strength may also be a factor.
