A back drop on this car.

So in the mod 60's Enzo was planning on selling Ferrari to Ford. He adored Henry Ford and was tiring of racing after the many race related fatalities of his drivers.

The Italian press got a hold of this and pleaded for Italy to rise up and keep Ferrari Italian.

So a deal was brokered between Fiat and Ferrari.

Meanwhile, Henry Ford Jr was so pissed that Enzo backed out of the deal, he turned to his company and said "Beat Ferrari at all costs".

So the mighty Ford GT40 was born and beat the 330p4 on just about every basis. Won Le Mans 3 years in a row.

Had it not been for the GT40, the 330p4 could have been the most dominant car of its era.
