Yes we shall! Ok, maybe not 7 kilos, okay? If I'm even half of that I'm happy!
But the waist measurements are coming!

7 kilos may be a bit of a stretch but don't forget that it is a holy number in egyptian culture.

Has it been a month already?! Huh, time flies doesn't it? Guess I have to renew my gym membership.

This is my measurements from this morning (25th Oct 2014):

          Weight: 61.7 kg
          Waist: 74 cm

A little summary on the last month. Last month in 25th Sept. when I did my measurement I was feeling a little crappy and couldn't eat that well. After a week later I started having this inside hunger that never seemed to be completely satisfied no matter how much I ate. That lasted for about a week and then it got back to normal and what I mean by normal, is that I am already eating pretty much, but it's fine, my body needs the extra food to build up muscle.

I have been hitting the gym according to my schedule. Never missed a day. It gets a bit tougher at times because of the college extracurricular activities.

A little of a news: I have started working my abs since yesterday and I think I saw the upper abs a bit. It's 3 months since I've started hitting the gym and it was the first time when I worked my abs a bit more. They are my absolute weak point at the moment and I almost start to laugh when I work them because they get tired so quickly. The reason I haven't been working them is due to a surgery a year ago and this very long scar that goes vertically on them as down as my fat pad. I can feel sometimes when I go on heavy weights how it stretches apart (a sort of a feeling that something tries to get inside me) but I don't care that much about that because it doesn't strain my abs that much and besides, I am taking it slow so that I gradually build up strength in them, thus making them stronger.

That's about it. Waiting for ya measurements PanBird!

          TastyFelloW out.

              Waist: 71 cm

Gain: 1,3 kg, 3 cm in waistline
This was about a week ago, but I think they're the same.

OKay, I haven't been able to take my weight for the last month, and I feel terrible, cause I haven't been able to work out for the couple of months.

Took my weight and figured I was back again after no workouts. 56kgs again all over.

I need to work out consistantly if I'm going to gain weight.

Thanks for the challenge, and I'm hereby declaring myself as looser and TF deserves a fair and good rep for the last gains!

Thanks, and a happy new year to all of you!

Hey, as far as I am concerned there is no winner or loser. Originally when you and I started the challenge I saw an opportunity to challenge myself to get out of my standards and start the journey to my future self. I have always accepted a challenge that got my blood running faster than usual.

Also originally, I thought I would rather make a friend rather than winning a challenge. Don't misunderstand me, I like challenges, but I like a good friend more.

I also read that you got married few of months ago, if I'm not mistaken. Congrats and may that you have a beautiful marriage throughout your whole life! (a little tip: communication is the key. I know you already know that, but a short reminder every once in a while won't hurt. )

                  Happy new year!

The rep button awaits you too!
