Just to confirm this isn't really a thread about looking for answers or help or anything. I just want to let some thoughts out before I go.
Long story short I have hard-flaccid. I've tried different methods to heal it with no success, the only thing I didn't do yet is therapy, however I am in no position to afford that in the near future and even therapy hasn't been proven to work 100%.
I've basically ruined my penis and there's not much to do about it. No one really knows how to cure it, at best people just make educated guesses.
I don't wish to spend the best years of my life suffering like this and trying out dozens of "cures" that will never really help. I'm better off dying if something like this has been taken away from me.
I hate the fact that I managed to get something as rare as this, even though I always tried to follow the safety rules and only overtrained a few times.
Thanks to this I can pretty much say goodbye to all of my gains but most of all to sex and intimacy.
I want to leave one piece of advice behind to others.
Always do pelvic floor exercises and reverse kegels. Every beginner should know that overdoing kegels and using the muscle too much has a chance of giving you hard flaccid. It's only a small chance, but I think you're all better off safe than sorry.
Thank you and I wish you all better luck than I had in my life.
