PPP anyone?

I have an extreme case of ppp. To me it looks like I have genital herpes. I know that's not the case but that's the way it looks. It's mainly on the rim of my glands and around my frenulum. I've had it since I was about 17. Lately it's been bothering me. Not sure if I can get rid of it because I don't have the money. Some days it causes insecurity specifically on my PE days. For those who have it, how do yall cope?

See a dermatologist and have them removed by co2 lazer if they are bothering you that much.

They are really not that bad at all, almost everyone has them or a bit of them.
If you are not circumcised, just let them get some air.The moist under your skin seems to keep them all pearly while air sorta diminishes them. There is no proof to this but it kinda worked for me. Of course it's not a permanent solution but you can try and see if it works

However, do talk with a dermatologist if they really bother you.
