I remember hearing before that for every 1 negative comment it takes at least 10 positive to counteract things, psychologically. That said, I would look at this logically/statistically, and if you have been with 40+, only had 2 complaints, and a large number of 'big' comments, I'd rule these out as anomalies or liars. Just be glad you haven't only been with say, 3, and had 2 say small and the other say average or big.
