Anyways they were talking about guys ''spiking'' basicly shooting Caverjet inside their penis. Apparently more common in Europe.

Not that it is news but Lex basicly admits that they use variety of ED drugs.

For those suffering with severe ED, an implanted pump is the only way they are able to achieve and maintain an erection. It is very common among guys following prostectomy.

I tried to find a clip of it, but I remember an episode of St Elsewhere where one of the characters was hospitalized and depressed and unhappy, and the guy in the bed beside him had some ED and had just recently had a pump implant. Towards the end of the episode he said he couldn't wait anymore, he was going to try it out, and he closed the curtain so all the camera showed was the depressed guy and the rest of the scene went something like this:

I think there are still risks in taking that procedure. Also your most likely using something that is not meant to you.

I doubt that these male pornstars all suffer from ED and need to use those ED drugs or inject Caverjet. The fact is that male pornstars earn much less than female pornstars so we are not talking about large sums of money here.

I think all those things will leave you with side effects and after their career I doubt they have well working dick if they use all those drugs.

I do not think it is fun to need to inject something or take a pill everytime you need an erection.
