Like PE progress threads, anti-porn threads and anti-fap threads, keeping track of weight can hold us accountable for what we eat and how we exercise each day. Setting a weight goal for ourselves and weighing in each day can keep us on track for that goal. That being said, I am starting a weigh-in thread here where I will be posting my daily weigh in.
You are welcome to also keep track of your weigh-in here as well.
You can weigh yourself with clothes on or completely naked, your choice, but the key is to be consistent.
February of 2015 I was 279.8 lbs, my heaviest weight ever. Since then I have worked out at least 5 days a week for at least an hour a day.
I am 6'5" tall and my goal is 240 lbs.
My weigh-in today is 251.4 lbs.
