  • Body Weight Weigh-in Progress

    Like PE progress threads, anti-porn threads and anti-fap threads, keeping track of weight can hold us accountable for what we eat and how we exercise each day. Setting a weight goal for ourselves and weighing in each day can keep us on track for that goal. That being said, I am starting a weigh-in thread here where I will be posting my daily weigh in.

    You are welcome to also keep track of your weigh-in here as well.

    You can weigh yourself with clothes on or completely naked, your choice, but the key is to be consistent.

    February of 2015 I was 279.8 lbs, my heaviest weight ever. Since then I have worked out at least 5 days a week for at least an hour a day.

    I am 6'5" tall and my goal is 240 lbs.

    My weigh-in today is 251.4 lbs.
    Start
    BPEL: 6.25"
    EG: 5.0"

    BPEL: 7.125"
    EG: 5.5"

      Wow,well done. You have made similar progress to me. I am 6'4" and in January 2015 I weighed 113 kg (also my heaviest ever).

      I am currently 102 kg because of Christmas piggery,but I was down to 98 kg a week or two ago.

      The aim is to get down to 90 kg of leanness.

        I don't know that I'd ever be able to make it to 90 kg. I think 108 or 109 would be as far as I can go. Even though I have my goal set for about 109 I keep trading fat for muscle. I can see the top of all my ab and oblique muscles now so I'm not far from a 6 pack and the love handles are starting to fall off. I hope I can hit 109 or 108 but I will start looking skinny after that point. I have a pretty big frame though.

          Hmm, really? A six pack at over 110 kg? You must have a massive muscle frame?! I still have a lot of fat around my torso and I would have a fairly muscular frame but am around 100 kg or so. I'd say I wouldn't have a six-pack even by 90 kg.

            114 kgs and yes ;-) Yeah, I max out most exercise machines at the gym. Like I said I got a bit of baby fat over those abs that needs to go and I need to drop the rest of the spare tires and I'll be pretty well fit. Feel healthier than I have ever in my life, even at 18. Last 4 or so kgs are gonna be hard to fall off now though. Not sure if I'll make it to my goal before the muscle replaces the fat.

              Definitely, the last few kg is always the hardest. When I am overweight it is easy to cut down, but getting from the slight bits of fat to getting properly in shape is very difficult.
