In the past, I had awaited a paper Invoice to arrive in my post box.
I have experienced one too many Bills that were lost. Might have not delivered by my trusty Postal carrier, maybe the envelope was lost before it ever reached my local Post Office. Maybe it was delivered to my neighbor.
Well, no more of that.
I have set up all my accounts that offer eBill-ing, to utilize that feature.
I use (fictitious) The Acme Investments Co, where I keep an account to pay bills.
With each 'Pay To' account, if there was an option to change to eBill, I opted for that.
So far, it has worked flawlessly, smooth, no show stoppers.
I get an email from Acme notifying me I have received an eBill, from, and amount.
I can then log in at Acme and arrange payment.
I can also visit Acme and check for any eBills in need of attention; in case an email never gets through.
Kind of a fail safe.
