Penis Problem

I suffered phimosis (tight foreskin, Couldn't roll it back over the penis head) but i was too embarrassed to see a doctor, i actually cured this my self and now tis perfectly normal thanks to stretching exercises, but now that my foreskin can be rolled back i have found i have frenulum breve ( the frenulum is attached to the penis head and is short preventing my foreskin from being able to be pulled far down the penis) now this isn't much of a problem but it makes my penis look ugly, plus when erect it pulls foreskin tight up against the head of penis, I've been trying to cure this also with stretching exercises but there not proving as good this time round, it took me about 8 months to cure the phimosis fully and I've been working on this for about 2 year and no luck at all. anyone any ideas?

I have slight phimosis and also a Frenulum breve. My foreskin sort of rolls back (exposing the inside of the foreskin) instead of pulling back. Rough or dry sex can be very painful and actually create microtears on the breve (stings like a bitch).

I have been using a pump (Im not hear to plug anything and I imagine any good pump will do) for a little over a week and it has helped with both of these problems. After I pump I get a bit of the 'donut' that they talk about, nothing major and it goes away within a couple hours. This supposedly only happens to circumcised guys but considering my aforementioned foreskin situation where it gets trapped behind the head I think I am that exception to the rule.

When I am done pumping I just roll the 'donut' (which is technically my foreskin) back over my glans. I then message the foreskin which minimizes the fluid build up.

Not sure exactly how it helps but it seems to be an unexpected positive side effect, which I am happy about.

I don't want to be mean, but suck it up and see a doctor.

Do you really want to keep this problem because you're too embarrassed to get checked by someone who, for his/her job, has probably seen hundreds if not thousands of dicks? The answer to that is most likely no, or is it? Just adopt this mindset and go.

My foreskin also used to be tight to the point where I could barely get it over my glans. I wanted to get circumsized, but I was too embarrassed to see the doctor. Then in my mind I went: "hey wait a minute... see a doctor now and have this issue over and done with, or not go cause I'm too embarrased and have a tight foreskin for the rest of my days." I got up, shrugged, said f*ck this and made an appointment.

And I can't tell you how happy I am I did it dude.

So ExceLLength I guess that means you went through with an adult circumcision? Was it relatively pain-free?

I agree that going to see a Doctor is the best first step. And there are surgeries to remove the breve without circumcision.

My phimosis is not that bad and my foreskin has stretched over the years just through regular activity. I like my foreskin (a personal decision) and feel that lobbing off some of the most sensitive tissue on my whole body counter-productive.

Like I said, my phimosis is not that severe so circumcision is more of an option rather than a necessary procedure. And yes, most people who defend child circumcision point to the POSSIBILITY that someone might develop phimosis.

So, Stephenw as ExceLLength points out, circumcision could also remedy this.

up until i was 15 i thought my only option was circumcision but really didnt like the idea of going to see a doctor becuase it was embarrasing,
I didnt like the size of my penis and i thought my penis was ugly
Well stretching has cured my phimosis 100 percent, but uncovered a new problem
Frenulum breve, Now i understand u can have a frenulapsoty to cure this but would have like to cure it myself for the same reasons.
I just like the look of a penis that is erect where the head is showing and u cant see the foreskin (because its pulled all the way back and stretched down the penis shaft) becuase mine when erect, my penis head shows but underneath it my foreskin is all bundled up against my head

Stephen, go to the doctor! That's what they are for! Doctors are trained for this stuff and for them it is a lot like car repair -- they don't judge you or think badly of you for having a penis that is one way or another, they are just interested in what you have anatomically and fixing anything that isn't the way you want it. Trust me, they have seen hundreds or thousands of dicks -- and heard all of this before. The conditions you describe are not rare. Why go through life suffering over something that can be easily taken care of? Geez, what are you thinking????? You've said a couple of times that you think your penis is ugly -- that's an awful way to feel. I'm guessing that it probably stops you from having sex with other people if you feel that way. So come on man, GO SEE A DOCTOR and get this taken care of! I know it takes bravery, but others have done it and you can do it too!

I'm circomzied, but during the healing, guesisng since i dont remember :-) the foreskin attached to my glands about 1/3 around. It looked ugly, and made be feel weird about it when I was with woman, so I went and had a revision of circumcision, about 3 years ago. It wasn't that bad, my penis looked ugly as hell, like someone took a hatchet to it, but the pain was manageable. The only thing that sucked was not being able to releave my sexual frustrations for 3+ weeks, but in the end I'm much happier. Not saying this is what you need, but i agree with all who say go see the doctor.

Hey sorry for getting back at you so late.

Yes ldee I was 19 at the time. And it was my own decision. And the only time it hurt was when I got an erection while the stitches were still in. Other than that it was totally pain free. But I can't speak for everyone of course.

I too had phimosis, i was like 14 when i decided to get cut, i just couldnt take the pain of rolling the skin back over the head.
