I feel asleep with a traction device on and woke up 1.5 hours later with an erection. Took off the device and had loss of feeling in the head of my penis. Now 2 hours later the head is still cold and I cannot get an erection...does anyone have insight to this matter?

Problems with traction device
Please don't do this again .You do not want to have your unit go that long without circulation .Originally posted by clykins2002 View PostI feel asleep with a traction device on and woke up 1.5 hours later with an erection. Have you tried warming your dick with face cloth or similar ? You can also do a shake of your penis to get the
blood flowing back in it .
It would seem that you have over stretched your self . That's why your head has lost feeling . I'd use a combination of heat and cold . Alternating several times an hour .
This will usually resolve itself quickly . If not , see your urologist and/or check back here and someone can give you more advice .

Thanks for the advice, I used the combination of ice and heat and it did relieve most of the symptoms...after a few hours was able to get my erection back. A little sore today, but everything seems to be normal again. FYI, if there is a chance you are going to fall asleep with a traction device on...don't use it! Will follow up when I am fully healed and able to start my exercises again.

Its been 4 days, and I still got some pain in the glands...everything is working properly but the head seems to be grayish at times and slight pain in the glands. I don't have access to a doctor or I would go get it checked out. Any Idea if it sounds like permanent damage to this area? How long would something like this take to cure? Thanks for your advice.
