Hey there guys!
My routine is consisting of stretching (for length)
& jelqing (for girth).
This week I have been doing 200 jelqs per day &
stretching in different directions for 30 sec. holds.
If anyone has any advice,
please feel free to comment!
My starting NBPEL is 5.0 inches
starting Erect Girth is 4.5 inches.
I'm somewhat skeptical of PE so I'll be happy if I
gain an inch, but I'd like to get as long and as thick
as possible! So for now, my goal is to get to 6 inches in
length and 5.5 in girth. If I accomplish that, then I'll
set my next goal!
I'm going to try to post at least once a week and update
you all on my progress!
Once again, any helpful advice would be nice!

Starting my PE journey!

Have you done any PE? If so, any results?
And increased my jelqing to 400 per day.

Have had some unfortunate events happen, so my PE was a lil inconsistent this week.
But I still got it in as much as I could.
I feel like I have maybe gained a tad bit of length.. but then again it could just be wishful thinking..
If i have gained anything, it'd be about a mm. but once again i could just be completely wrong.
I would really love to hear from any other people have tried only manuel exercises and hear about their
story and gains.. if any.
My gf and I haven't had sex in a while due to her having to leave the country and not having time (we don't
live together yet). So although I'm craving sex like crazy, I kinda don't want to have any for a while, so that hopefully
next time we have sex she may feel a lil more D inside her haha (besides the fact that she is going to be super tight).
(She does not know that i am practicing PE) so hopefully she will enjoy my gains (if i even have any by then)..
Once again, any advice would be great!
