  • Introduction

    Greetings,

Long time lurker. I was introduced to PE in the early-mid 1990's.

Even back then the routine included Kegals, Jeql, pumping, and towel raises. Stretching however was a little different. I had experienced limited gains in length and stamina. PE stopped when I married.

Now in my early 40's I've thought about trying again just for my own sake (It's not for sex since wife and I haven't had sex in 4 years but that's another story). Ideally I'd like to hit over 7.5" BPEL.

Over the past 2 yrs I've already completed the 90 day, another routine using V and reverse V Jeql, and the Jelq-free routine. It's not really working so apparently I've hit my limit, but I'm going to comb through the forums for new ideas.

Hey John, welcome to the forums, we are glad you took the time to join.

There is a first time posters contest going on that could win you a prize -go here and follow the instructions!

Then read up everything that you can to help you get through your wall. Sometimes it is as easy as a simple change in your routine or increased rest time between sessions. You should also feel free to post in the relationship forum or womas perspective forums to see if there is a way to end the sex drought you find yourself in. Enjoy the forums!

      Hey John!

      Welcome to the Gym.

I recommend you click on and read the Start button at top left of page Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

Check out the beginners routines and see if you can modify your routine. Continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slow, and build up to the full routine over a few weeks time. Jelq with an erection level between 45% and 65% using a moderate grip, just enough to move blood up the shaft and to the glans. Grip your penis below the glans when stretching and do not pull too hard, just enough to feel tension on your shaft.

Once conditioned, consider an extender and a good pump system. I gained about an inch in length and girth thanks to these devices.

Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone.Aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

Don't forget to take good beginning measurements and photos so you have a solid base line to compare your future gains to

Good luck on your PE journey, PE safely

Thanks. I'm going to pass on the drawing. From my research (conversing with a manufacturer) and experience pumps have never been proven to provide permanent 'unassisted' erect gains but to each his own.
