    Had a look at your routine and I have to say you are definitely organized and structured. I think you will find PE doesn't lend itself to being quite that structured, much of what we do is "play by feel". I am a huge proponent of manual work and JP90 is a good beginners routine to condition your penis. I have no experience with extenders and honestly was turned off by the requirement to wear then for hours upon end. Also, the success I saw with manual stretching met or exceeded the results others were reporting using extenders. I've done manual work, clamping, and pumping. Manual has worked the best for me and after a break I'm back to manual only and growing!

    The low pressure Pumping I'm talking about, like ~2hg, isn't something you'd need to be conditioned for. I'm talking about using a very low amount of pressure that just brings you to a full erection. In fact it would be useful for helping you condition your penis. I do not have experience with a Bathmate, but think a decent air pump with pressure gauge may be more suitable for my suggested low pressure pumping as it can be gauged accurately and doesn't require being around water. I don't think there is any reason to wait to do that and I would recommend it to any trans woman that wanted to maintain their penis size and when combined with a light to moderate jelqing routine should be able to maintain and improve function.

      Have you or do you take cialis or viagra to help you get an erection since taking the HRT? I'm sure the longer you take it the harder it will become. And have you talked to your doctor about this and if so what has he said? And while doing HRT I believe doing any eq or length exercises my not help that much. I think it's better then not doing them though. Not trying to be discouraging and I hope you do get out of it what you put in it..can't wait to see your progress..wish you the best of luck. And yes I was talking about SUE LIGHTING. And remember a small penis is like a puppy, it's cute and everyone wants to play with it till it gets big then nobody wants to play with it anymore..Lol

        Interesting. Actually I just remembered last week I had a sex dream and woke up with an incredibly hard erection. I had forgotten about it because I just kinda said "huh, that's weird" and went back to sleep

        Definitely! None of this is hard set, I just like having an idea of what to work on, and if it's not working then I'll just change the chart. As I move through it I'm updating each day from what I planned to do, to what I actually did. Same with the start dates for the pump and extender, I just projected about when I should think about introducing them and put them there so I remember. The cool thing is I can wear my extender under flowy dresses

        Any of you guys out there looking to wear an extender or weights more, look into getting a kilt xD

        Hmm, what air pump is recommended around here? I already have a Bathmate, my plan was to use it as my JP90 warm-down as suggested by Big Al. I gave it a try in the shower when I got it, and with the shower strap it actually was pretty comfortable to wear while going about my normal shower routine. The lack of pressure gauge is annoying though :/

        Yes actually, but only to help for scenes in porn. It's kind of expensive as a daily thing so I only get my prescription refilled before shoots. Even since just starting some supplements I've noticed it's easier to get erect. I don't want to rely on Cialis or Viagra if I don't have to.

        I'm surprised you know of Sue, she's only been in one or two scenes so far. Yeah, she and Natalie Mars are both good friends of mine, they invited me to move in with them too but I have school to finish before I move out west.

        A puppy? There's gotta be a bone joke in there somewhere...

          You do know sue lighting, that's real cool! She will go far..she got the cute nerdy look going. How is she as a person? And how much work do you think Miran had? Meaning body, face. And not just HRT but surgeries maybe implants..when I see her it blows my mind..and I believe she does penis exercises or had a surgery done. Her soldier has grown since she started..

            Maybe, Sue is really nice and sweet, but I don't know if she wants to go very far with porn. She doesn't seem as much interested in the sex as the modeling and cosplaying.

            I know of Miran's work but I don't know her history in terms of surgeries or anything besides her breast implants.

                i still think your bigger than 6" since your hormon therapy is probably effecting your eq. I bet if you did a bone pressed flaccid measurement you'd be about a half inch longer. A lot of people start out with the same bpel as their Bpfsl. Bpfsl is a good way of tracking gains since you don't have to rely on blood flow. Did you measure before starting hrt?
                8/2015 BPFSL 6.5" bpel 6.5" 5" meg.
                9/2015 BPFSL 7.0". Bpel 6.75"x5.25"
                11/2015 BPFSL 7.75". Bpel 7.25"x 5.25"
                2/2016 BPFSL 8.0. Bpel7.5"x5.3"

                  Good to see someone else as organized about things they are doing with their body too!! I think it's really the key to success.. ID'ing the goals and going for it without refusing to quit.. Kudo's!! Keeping journals and logs are very important pieces to the puzzle..

                    Darn, wish I knew what BPFSL was before posting my starting measurements, that makes total sense. My EQ isn't what it once was, but I can still get it just as hard at peak erection. It just takes more focus. I just did a BPFSL measurement, and it was about 6 3/8". My BPEL before HRT was 6" as well.

                      You're definitely starting above average in length, what is your girth? Proportions make you look larger, how tall are you? Given He timeline on tumblr you can really see how the HRT has feminized your features. How has it changed your face, hips, hands etc? I'm curious to how the underlying steuctures change or if it's just fat storage that changes.

                        My starting EG is 4 5/8", I posted a pic of my initial measurements in my album I'm 5'8" and 145lbs. My face has gotten a lot more feminine, particularly my cheeks have gotten rounder and softer. I think my hips have gotten a bit bigger, my butt and thighs certainly have. My hands aren't much different other than my skin in general being softer, maybe less veiny too. My bone structure won't change much unfortunately, it's mostly fat, skin, and muscle changes. I was pretty feminine to begin with though, so I got lucky.

                            Oh, haha, yeah I have short fingers, my hands are pretty wide though. Small feet too :P I'd love to lose 5 pounds, I've been steadily losing weight going to the gym the past few months. I was more like 155 around Christmas.

                              Listen to the man... Proportion is everything... I'm 6'1" tall and i weight about 220lbs, and my unit even being 17,3cm (which is about 6,8 inches) Don't look so big... Actually looks pretty... 'meh...
                              And yes... I'm overweighted, I used to look a lot of thiner (altough not slim/infit) with 200lbs... But... You know, I had recently going into surgery (Nothing serious), and I had to stop doing karate, So you know...
