I've taken steroids and stacked it with testosterone for a few months I believe the steroid was DECA and I feel as if I have ED I can't maintain and erection fully and I feel as if I'm not sensitive enough my sex drive was high before and during steroid use but its been almost a half year after and the ed seems to be pretty bad I wanna fix it .not sure how

So you injected "steroids" and you don't know what the fuck you were putting in your body? Thats the classic locker room advise and the guys come back a few months later with no dick.

Find out first what did you use. It all depends on that.

      Hey Shaness!

      Welcome to the Gym.

Steroids tend to have that effect on your Dick. Best advice I have is to see a urologist and discuss your situation with him/her.

That being said, a lot of guys suffering from ED find that PE has helped improve their condition. I recommend you click on and read the Start button at top left of page Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

Pick one of the beginners routines and continue with it for 90 days or until your condition improves or you stop gainingStart slow, and build up to the full routine over a few weeks time. Jelq with an erection level between 45% and 65% using a moderate grip, just enough to move blood up the shaft and to the glans. .

Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone.Aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative PIs.

Good luck on your PE journey, PE safely.

I was waiting for him to reply with what exactly he used in order to advise on self made recovery. But to do it the right way, he needs to visit an endocrinologist first and have blood work for ALL hormones, specially sex hormones. Then take it from there, I wouldn't follow endocrinologist advise unless he/she has sports medicine experience, simply because doctors have no clue about interaction between anabolic steroids and endocrine system. Doctors will probably put him on TRT just to be "safe" and thats not a cure.

If he used Deca, there is a common known side effect called "deca dick" in which your cock can't get hard for a long time after running it. How long? it depends on each individual.

The main question in regards to your ED that needs to be addressed is, were you correctly cycling on and off with taking sterioids? Once our bodies reach around 30 years of age, the levels of testosterone in our blood starts to decline. Which means if you were suppressing your bodies natural supplication of testosterone for a long time, or abusing sterioids, it can take a very long time for your body to start producing it to adequate levels. Have you tried test boosters? Have you sent your blood off for analysis for sex hormones? That can take as long as a month to get results from that.
Even taking cypionates and DHT derivatives can alter your hormone response, and thus, ED quality decreases. Everything you want to take to correct the problem will only make it worse, even taking a viagra or cialis, won't mask away the effects that you have suppressed your indigenous testosterone production for the long run. It will REBOUND very slowly with time even if your not taking any supplements, but the main question is, how long will it take until you start seeing improvements.

Deca dick is generally from excess progesterone. As we talked about in another thread there are "natural" ways to deal with that and drugs. But more info is needed to play Sunday doctor.

Well I don't want to lecture you... but I'm going to a little because people like you are why people like my wife give people like me shit over juice. Do some gd reading man. You obviously know how to use the Web and forums.

Cc is a volume measurement I would like to know your dosage in weekly mgs.

Pct is soo soo important if you intend to cycle on and off.

As for your current issues I highly recommend you get blood work done and / or
                      Go see an endocrinologist.

Are your balls still small like they were on cycle?
Do you know what a sermon is?
Do you know what hcg is?

Yes I know and I can't tell you any of that I got rid of everything that I have so I can't tell you dosage, its a problem I made and am just trying to fix. Curiosity kills the cat I'm not dead but I learned from it I'm 22 and made and unwise decision. Just trying to fix it I know it was a small vile one for test and on for deca that I'd go through in a month each vile $100. I was listening to an older bodybuilders advice and was too young and uneducated just looking for advice to fix it I haven't been on it since and don't plan too

Well as I said the prudent recommendation is to get blood work done and/or Go see an endocrinologist.

However, a less prudent option if the above is honestly and truly not possible is to go through delayed pct.

It sounds like your system never rebooted. A delayed pct would look like this.
Week 1 , 2 = hcg 1000 Mcg (that's micro grams) per week split into 2 doses about 3-4 days apart per week of 500 Mcg

Week 3,4,5,6, clomid 50mg daily nolva 20mg daily everyday even weekend
Week 7,8 clomid 50mg nolva 20mg every other day. Also add in natural supplements (testofin, tribulus, daa) @ package recommend dose

That would likely get you back online.

Keep in mind I am not a doctor or medical professional. My primary recommendation is to see an endocrinologist and get blood work. The above is only for if you insist on doing it yourself.
