    Hey guys. I read forums alot before i myslef joined as a member. I started pe yesterday. Did it after a lot of research. I am in my late teens. I wanted to know how much and to what extent can masturbation affect my penile growth (due to p.e.). Also i follow jon pops 90 day beginners schedule. My focus is on length. Would appreciate your help and support.
    My measurements are:
    BPEL: 3.8inches
    MEG: 3INCHES

    Also i am a hypospadias patient. Google if you might not be knowing what it is. I am an indian precisely. My country avg is 4inches. (Not more not less ).

        Affect growth how? If you mean prior (development), I don't believe it does...and if you mean during, then the risk is overtraining/overuse the same as if you ran a marathon and also did a cardio workout the same day.

        2014-09-01: BPEL 6.8"/NBPEL 6" MEG 5.0", BPFL 5"/NBPFL 4" FG 4.4"
        2019-03-16: BPEL 8"/NBPEL 6.75" MEG 5.2", BPFL 6.75"/NBPFL 5.5" FG 4.5"

        Goals:
        Realistic: BPEL 8.5"/NBPEL 7.5" MEG 5.5"
        Optimistic: BPEL 9"/NBPEL 8" MEG 5.75"
        Dream: BPEL 10"/NBPEL 9" MEG 6.5"

            Welcome, and best of luck with your PE goals! Make sure to ease into your exercises, rather than doing them at 100% right away, and pay attention to how your penis responds to exercise to decide how to PE effectively.

              Welcome to the forum Does your hypospadias currently prevent you from performing any specific movements? Is it severe enough to where you'll have (or have had) corrective surgeries?

                Yes, I have had some corrective surgeries at the age of 1 and 4 years. It is a mild case and no, thankfully i can perform all the exercises comfortably.

                Starting stats:

                14/aug/2016 :

                BPEL: 3.8inches
                EG: 3.5inches


                17/sep/2016 :

                BPEL: 4.13 inch
                EG: 3.9 inches

                Thank You much everyone. Also, @bigAL i read your advanced routine which required 2 months of rigourous jelqing. I wonder why does it have such prequisites? Throw some light on this. Thanks again

                  Responses have been postive. Better and harder erections. How long did you take to gain an inch?

                      Unfortunately hypospadias is on the rise, the most like cause is the increase of xeno- estrogens in the environment.
                      How did I get here?

                      Well I was looking for Pygmy.com (I gotta thing for small people, so what), and ended up here.

                        Welcome to the Gym Satan69! You already received great advice may I suggest that you go to the progress forum and start a jornal or log thread to keep track of your Physiological Indicators (PI's) and the routine and hat way it will be easier for you to see what is working and what is not. Is specially useful when you need help with something we can see at a glance what you have been doing and recommend accordingly. I see yo are already starting to show some gains, keep up the good work and don't over do it.

                          A beginner/conditioning routine is recommended for the purposes of strengthening and conditioning. It's to be performed for a training cycle before embarking on an advanced routine. The advanced routine contains isolation exercises to better target specific aspects of size development.
