  • My Intro

I am new here on PEGym, but I have known about PE for years now, I remember surfing the web back in somewhere around "03 -"04 I think and somehow stumbled upon a site that showed the exercises. It was just a simple page that showed a warm-up, stretching, jelqing, and warm down. It also showed kegel exercises and the workout was about an hour long total every day for a week with a day or two off. It talked of increasing about an inch in 6 months, and about 3 in one year. It sounded good and I PE'd for a while and I felt I gained something (probably lost it by now) but I never stuck to it due to my inconsistency at almost everything I start, haha. I don't know if there were any forums back then, but they would of benefited me a lot if I knew of any. I remember there were sites trying to sell you the exercises and others saying that jelquing doesn't work. I was still a believer, but somewhere in my mind I thought that it would take forever and ever, and also that the gains were temporary if you didn't keep at it, it will shrink back to what you where. I don't remember where that got planted in my head, maybe one of those sites saying that jelquing doesn't work I don't know. From then on, I hadn't had much privacy as I had then and when I did, I wasn't consistent. As the years passed here and there I would search for PE and see what any of the free sites would say. I have always thought of the time I have wasted and how much I would of gained had I started back when I did. I have kept telling myself I will do it and be consistent. I found this PEgym by looking up jelquing again, and out of the other sites what attracted me here was of how big of a site it was being a free site. Usually sites will have you either sign up or you have to buy something. I was able to get a lot of information and even look at forums without signing up.I bookmarked it and I started to PE on Feb. 22, 2010 and it lasted for about a week until I fell off again! That is my main problem. I signed up in this March but I have been reading the forums almost every night and as far as PE I have been a little inconsistent, I will do half my routine in the shower at times, or other times in the room I share when I have privacy ( warm-ups are always done in the shower though if I can manage to warm up.) I am about 5.5" BPFL& EL (sometimes up to 6" when I am really really hard) and 5" EG, I know measurements can vary alot as I am a grower, but I will post my measurements after I warm up and in my first PE session tonight. I plan to make this my official starting date and along with my first post, it should make me feel more obligated not to fall off my PE exercising. Well that's my intro on me and how I learned of PE and the gym, I will share more about me and/or a personal intro soon. I think you guys are cool, everyone seems cool here. Wow, I think I wrote a book!

Welcome,Mars81. Find yourself a pal here who is willing to work with you, so this time you will not fall off the wagon, so to speak. I started about the time you gave p.e. a half-assed effort. Check out my results. I worked my butt off, though. If you can follow through with p.e., whatever your results, this may help you to follow through in other areas of your life.

Most newbies start with JonPop's 90 day routine. I highly recommend it. Best of luck.

          Hey mars81,
Welcome aboard, glad to have you here. And don't worry your not the only one who writes books, only now I put lots of spaces between my paragraphs so it's not such a daunting task to read my posts.

          Enjoy.
