  • Hi Everyone

    Hey There everyone!

I'm new here and hoping to learn what I can about PE. I'm 33 and my initial measurements are as follows:

    BPEL 5.1

    EG 4.0

I find these numbers pretty disappointing and to be honest they probably explain why I've been afraid at times to escalate sexual situations. I'm also pretty inexperienced for my age thanks to this and also thanks to the fact that I was overweight for so long! Used to be obese - 60 pounds over weight. Lost tons thanks to training. recently gained back about 25-30 due to injury BUT am back on an awesome nutrition and training routine!!!!

So, basically, I'm here because I really want a bigger size. I've done PE exercises once before for about 6-8 weeks. But I wasn't serious about it. I did gain about .3 inches and subsequently lost them . I tried once more for about a month and also saw about .25 inches. Can't say why I stopped! (think I was down about my injury) This time I am dedicated though! Quitting is NOT an option until I GET MY GOAL!!!!!!

So far I am two weeks into the 90 day advanced beginnner routine. I just did a remeasure and I'm showing 4.9 - 5.0" BPEL and the same girth. But, at the same time I've noticed my erections are WAY harder now and also noticed I'm getting 2-3X as much morning wood.

I'm only masturbating on weekends during rest but I do edge for a few minutes after a session before cooling off.

    My goals are as follows:

    Stronger harder erection
    7.2" BPEL
    5.7" girth
Lose these last 25 pounds I carrry and get my fat pad down from 2.25" to less than 1" so my dick stops looking like a mini weiner. haha!

So, if anyone happens upon this any advice AT ALL is most appreciated! Also, is this an attainable goal?!!!!!!

    Welcome aboard Shipmate!
Thanks fer joining and thanks fer postin'!
I suggest that you check out JP's 90 Day Beginner Routine (the JP90). It has proven successful for many guys plust it gives you some thing productive to do while you read up about the exercises, think about your goals, and learn a bit about how your body responds to PE. I also suggest that you start a log thread on the Progress Forum to help keep you organized and motivated.

      Hey jh!

      Welcome to the Gym.

It would be a good idea to click on the Start Here button at the top left of the page. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to peruse your routine.

Dont forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

PE safely and good luck with your endeavors.

        Welcome to the forum!

Your goals are achievable, though you should expect to devote a good portion of your training efforts towards lengthening.

          Thanks for the welcome everyone!

It's good to know my goals are within reach! I wonder how long. Hopefully within a year, haha!

I've read a lot of what's on the "start here" page and even watched most of the videos but i'll probably read it a few times.

In case you're wondering this is the routine I've been doing:

Hi and welcome ! Your goals are high but probably achievable ; however it will probably take several years of dedicated training.

You most likely won't gain so much in a year unless you are extremely lucky, that's why I think you should set intermediate goals achievable short/mid term, so that you don't get discouraged.

the JP90 is very good, you can start with a light version, then progressively add reps to reach the full routine. Good luck !

Welcome to the Gym JH6789! Good thing you are giving it another try and being committed. As Big Al said, focus on length for now (most of the exercises will still promote girth increase), just the fact that you are doing a routine, should improve your blood flow and Physical Indicators (PI) as Pirate suggested get that Log going and keep track of your routine, making note of your PI's. The Pi's are discussed in the start here thread located on the left hand side below the tap for Penis forums.

Good luck on your endeavors my husband did well with the JP90 and hopefully you will too.

Thank you everyone for the warm welcome! It's nice to have found such a friendly place

I wanted to say, I've taken some of the above advice and I've changed the advanced beginner routine I was doing. No more edging (I edged too far twice, haha) and no more V jelqs. I'm on 125 jelqs instead of 150 and everything else is the same. I plan to slowly work back to 150 and maybe slowly add V jelqs back in.

I've also given the pages linked some more attention too!

                Thanks again!
