  • Hello!

    Hi there,

I'm not relatively new to PE (tried it a while ago but due to circumstances I got uncommitted) but due to a new lifestyle i want to adopt, I thought I'd try this out for a few months to see if I like it/see if it works for me. Hope to get a little more length and girth together so I can feel more confident in myself. I'm currently in a community college but hope to transfer; so I hope I can get somewhat bigger before that. Currently i'm on the JP 90 days routine. Quick question - will exercising after jelqing have a negative effect? (blood flow is directed primarily to the muscles) Thanks and good luck!

Welcome! And no, exercising after jelqing won't impact it at all. However, if you crank one out right before you work out it might affect your energy levels. For some people it doesn't, but it's something to be mindful of.

      Welcome to the forum!

As long as you're careful and ease into your training slowly you should only benefit from the jelq.

        Hey Max!

        Welcome to the Gym.

It would be a good idea to click on the Start Here button at the top left of the page. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to peruse your routine.

Dont forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

PE safely and good luck with your endeavors.

Hey MaxMango and welcome to the best site for PE information on the Web!

Congrats on getting back on the forum and for posting about your commitment to take another run at PE. I found having a progress log really motivated me to stay with it...posting every day was an issue of accountability and it was a source of ongoing encouragement, especially when other members would show up to encourage me. You will find there are a great number of really helpful and friendly members here at PEGym.

I began with JP90's beginner (pretty aggressive for a beginner) program. I stuck with it and was blessed with some great newbie gains...so good that I decided to do it a second time, but added some manual squeezes to help prepare me for clamping.

So I would encourage you to think about starting your own progress log so we can see what your up to and encourage you from time to time.

I wish you lots of success on your PE journey!

            Welcome to PEGym!

Give this thread a read --

How long did it take you to gain your first 1/2-inch in length?

-- to see the differences in members' experiences with gains. As with other body changes, like weight loss, some people see early gains, while others take more time. The most important thing is to allow yourself enough time to really see gains. Time + Consistency = Key to Success.

Exercising after jelqing typically isn't a problem. As always, be on the look out for negative physical indicators, when doing any exercises.
