    Hi.
In the last few years I've been fighting depression, and one of the main causes of it are my sexual performance.
It's mostly premature ejaculation and erectile disfuction, I am followed by a psychiatrist and a psychologist and next month I'll get an appointment to check my testosterone that apparently was very low.
A few years ago my testosterione was okish so I don't think that's the cause of my sexual problems, and it's frustrating that in the last ~4 years I've had no progress.

I actually am not worried about my penis size. It is in the normal range, when erect it is ~14 cm (5.5 inches) and the girth is ~12 cm (4.7 inches).
What I have is, as most men have I guess, a bit of envy and the thought that my penis could be a bit bigger.
So this is the reason I'm on this site. I'm a bit suspicious if penis enlargement really works, and I don't know if the gains can turn permanent after some (long) time.

What I've been thinking is buying the Bathmate Hydromax x30 Medium and try what it can do (starting with low pressure etc like it should be).
I don't know what to think about jelqing, I would prefer to use Bathmate. Can I have improvements using only the Bathmate?

What is the average gain that people get (temporary and permanent)?
As expected I'm a bit clueless on how penis enlargement works - if it works :P

Definitely start with a conditioning program like the JP90.

It will condition your penis and help prevent you from hurting yourself.
Products like the bathmate are nice to have but aren't necessary for growth, they can help though. (But you want to wait until you've conditioned your penis).

No person is worth wanting to hurt yourself over, neither is the size of your penis.

      Hey VersLearner!

      Welcome to the Gym.

It would be a good idea to click on the Start Here button at the top left of the page. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

Pumping is considered an advanced technique so you should condition your dick before starting an aggressive pumping routine.

It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to peruse your routine.

Dont forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

PE safely and good luck with your endeavors.

Welcome VersLearner, and thanks for joining us. Penis enhancement is real. I suggest though that you enhance your penis first by dealing with your Pre-e and dysfunction.
Take a look at Plateua Edging and learn to balance your Pelvic Floor. Stay away from porn. You can feel good about your sexuality and abilities. You can deepen your connection with your penis and then if you want to increase the size you can do that.
Relax, be kind and gentle with yourself and your penis.

Many guys if they have a erection problem kegel in order to get an erection which causes pre e .
Low test can cause erection problems . You want the actual numbers do not accept "normal". While many docs will accept less than 300 as "normal" sexual and other issues are common below 500 . There are several scales btw so if he says 20 you are actual likely in good shape .

            Welcome to the gym!

The guys above have given you some great advice. It sounds like are taking all the right steps towards solving your problem. One of the first results many see when starting out with a beginner routine, such as the JP90, is improved EQ. I know you say that you don't know what to think about jelqing, but I will tell you it is a great exercise for penile health and does help with erectile difficulties.

Your skepticism is normal, many of us were skeptics at first. Here are a couple of good links to help you understand a little better.
