  • Another new PE'er

    Hey guys,

    Firstly, so happy to have stumbled upon this site, been trawling it for the last few weeks and trying to get myself as informed as possible and the information contained here is incredible.

    So my story...

    I first stumbled upon this site looking for a solution to my premature ejaculation, been happily married for 6 years but never happy with my performance in the bedroom, no matter how much i tried I always struggle to last for longer than 1-2 minutes which has resulted in myself and my wife typically using toys to compliment our sex and to ensure that she gets to orgasm. I decided as a new years resolution it was time for me to do something about it and to work on improving myself and to make myself a better 'lover'. After reading alot of forums here, its pretty clear that my addiction to porn was a large part of my performance issues as I would always just rush myself to orgasm to get that dopamine rush!

    So that lead me here and I am already feeling better about the prospects of achieving my new years resolution and in addition opened my eyes to a whole new world! I have also had a good chat to my wife and she has been supportive of me getting a fleshlight and working on improving my stamina, I have not told her as yet about the possible enlargement that may come with the PE exercises, hoping I get them and can 'surprise' her

    So I am now 1 week into my PE journey and figured I would no longer lurk and get involved in the forums!

    On my quest to improve my bedroom performance I have started on the JP90 program (also day 7 of no porn) and then following this do 15-20 minutes of edging using a fleshlight aswell as kegels at times during the day (still trying to actually figure out how to RK). I am pretty much doing the JP90 exactly as described and have just finished my first 5 days and PI's seem good, certainly got no negative PI's, whilst I did the reps mentioned I was pretty light on given it was my first week, so time for a 2 day break and perhaps a decent session with the wife.

    welcome, looks your off to a good start. i would just encourage you to take some solid measurements before you get going too far.

        Thanks guys - will definitely take some good measurements this weekend. I have started my own log keeping track of session lengths, how long I last with the fleshlight before I reach PONR etc - may start posting these under a progress log so I can share my experiences.

          Welcome to the forum!

          With a full stamina routine, consider using the "Extreme" Stop and Start exercise. The techniques of this exercise can be performed DURING intercourse. Even if you have to take long pauses, accustom yourself to staying erect while being even minimally stimulated. This will accustom you to the practice.
