  • Another newb asking questions!

    Hey! I'm 39 years old and my unit is currently 7.25" long and 5" girth. I could really use some more girth but of course I wouldn't mind a little more length. I just started experimenting with pe exercises. Without making too much of a commitment to it I've basically just been doing some stretches throughout the day usually when I pee. I've also been doing some clamping and edging while I masturbate about 3-5 times per week. I don't seem to enjoy jelqing so I'd rather not do it if I don't have to. Can I expect to see any gains doing what I'm doing? Doesn't need to happen overnight just don't want to be wasting my time. Thanks!

    Have you completed at least 6 months of PE before clamping? If not, I would recommend aborting doing clamping of any kind.

    You can make gains however you want to make sure you are doing so safely.

      If you're conditioned enough you can try The Advanced "Jelq Free" Routine. As it's name states, there's no jelqing involved

        Clamping is advanced, listen to the guys above and ease into it. Not only will this help you avoid injury. But it will maximize your growth potential.

          Big AL's advice is solid. Also I'd say don't do clamping or you'll be soon asking different kinds of questions like WTF just happened & PE ruined my life stuff.

          Jelqing just takes some getting used to but Clamping is advanced & potentially dangerous
