    I looked into this years ago, I tried pills once that did nothing but give me heartburn, years later I bought a traction device. My current gf found it years ago and threw it away. I am slightly above average I guess. The best compliment I got over the years from others was "it's kind of big" and another girl said " if it was any longer it would probably hurt me" Followed by: "your thickness is OK" which obviously means she can handle much more girth.

    I would like to gain an inch or so essentially so I don't have to work so hard.

    Go to the START HERE! link at the top left of the page and do plenty of reading. In there you will find all of the essential information you will need to get started off safely and effectively. Start off with one of the beginner routines that can be found in there and follow it through for 90 days to condition your penis first.

    Your goal is reachable, but it's going to take time. Stay dedicated, consistent and patient and you will be on your way to achieving your goal.

        Hey Dongo!

        Welcome to the Gym.

        I agree It would be a good idea to click on the Start Here button at the top left of the page. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

        It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

        Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to peruse your routine.

        Dont forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

        PE safely and good luck with your endeavors.

          Yeah, don't bother with pills again, risk:benefit ratio is sky-high.

            I did some surveying and am still trying to learn the glossary. But here are the preliminary specs. I won't be putting them in a signature or posting pics for that matter:

            BPEL: 6.5 ( This is at 100% which is tough to obtain) more like 6 BPEL on average
            MEG: 5
            BEG: 5.5
            MFG: 3 7/8

            A basic goal would be to be able to have a consistent 7 at less than 100% which right now with a semi its probably in the low to mid 5s.

              your goals seem realistic. but the truth is you have to earn it. it takes a lot of hard consistent work to make it grow. there is no quick fix here.

                  Having been at this forum for the last few weeks I must say I like the general attitude here. As a moderator at other forums on the web I like how this place is being run. This is a good support forum and there doesn't seem to be any overbearing egos here.

                        I have figured out what my overall goals are.

                        7.5 BPEL 5.25 MEG-Minimum

                        8 BPEL 5.75 MEG-Ideal

                        9 BPEL 6.25 MEG- Maximum

                        I will not stop until I hit the mimimum goal. After that I will evaluate the next step and what works best.
