Hey everyone.
I'm new to the forum, but I've been using this site's resources for quite some time.
I'm a 34 year old white male, in very good shape (now), and my main penile health goal is improving my erection quality, although I'm hoping for some size gains as well, especially flaccid.
Throughout my 20s I was a off and on drug user (opiates), and I feel perhaps this had a negative effect on my ability to get and maintain 100% erection. Or, it might just be that I'm not a young adult anymore.
I went through a treatment program some years ago, and long story short, basically replaced my drug use with general exercise and workouts.
After "coming out of the haze" I realized it had been quite some time since I was able to achieve a 100% erection having intercourse with a woman. I'm not even 100% sure what my full erect size is, because I start losing it as soon as I stop applying stimulation. So just in the period of time it takes to reach for and get the tape measure in place, I'm already down to 80%. I think I'd need someone else to take a measurement to get a real accurate reading, but the longest BPEL measurement I've been able to take is like 7.8 or 7.9". I think it's safe to assume I'm approximately 8" BPEL, maybe a tad longer.
Also, I feel like I must have a fatter-than-average fatpad, as I can't hit the pubic bone by pushing the measure into the fatpad along the top. It gets to a point, before hitting the pubic bone, where the pain of the pressure is too much to continue pushing any farther. This isn't normal, is it? Everything I've read about taking a "bone-pressed" measurement involves actually pushing the measure to press against the bone, and I haven't seen any mention of pain involed. So all my "BPEL" measurements aren't actually bone "pressed." Ironically, I have very little body fat, I think 95% of my body fat is contained in my pubic fat pad and my ass, the rest of my body is skin and muscle. This might be a question for another thread/area, but are there are tips on reducing the fat contained in the fat pad? I bet I could gain at least an inch BPEL if I did this. If I measure my penis along the bottom, instead of the top, back to the point where the shaft ends and the scrotal sack begins, I can get a measurement around 8.5-8.75" erect (or, as close to erect as I can get while trying to measure).
I've only just recently (last month) started PE, with my main goal being able to get back to having large, 100% erections that I don't start losing immediately. Also, I've never been all that impressed with my flaccid size. While I guess statistically I am fairly large when erect, my flaccid isn't quite as impressive, and seems to fluctuate wildly depending on how tight my pants are, temperature, and body position. If I am sitting/driving, for example, I'm probably only between 4.5" and 5", tops.
I started taking Ginkgo Biloba supplements daily about a month ago, as I've read this helps natural erections, but can take several months for the full effects.
Another thing that concerns me a bit is that most people claim their biggest, best erections are their "morning wood." I don't think I've had a big, hard "morning wood" in almost 15 years. Every once in a blue moon I will wake up with an semi-erection, but I'd place them only around 40-50% of my true full size. Also, I don't experience random erections during the day, ever, and haven't since I was like 18 years old. If I see a stunningly hot woman and think about sexual relations with her, I will start to getting a bit of an erection, but these never go beyond that 40-50% state without some kind of manual stimulation. That's actually probably a good thing on the one hand because of my large size when 100% (it would be impossible to conceal, tucking it straight up under my waistband/belt doesn't hide it), but on the other hand, it's troubling as I'm not sure if this is normal for someone my age or not.
Oh, and for what it's worth, my erect girth varies between about 5.25" and 5.8" depending where on the shaft it is measured.
Anyway, glad to be here, looking forward to chatting with others on their experiences with PE and the benefits that can be had from it.
