Hoping someone here has some knowledge to help my problems I've incurred. It pertains to the pelvic floor and how i may have messed something up with it. To start, for a couple of years, I've always clenched my PC uncle while masturbation to help increase. After a while, i noticed that my erections weren't hard and became less rigid. Another part to the equation is that i also often times clenched my lower abdomen throughout the day to maintain a better poster (self confidence about having a belly). After i noticed that this might be a problem, i tried to stop the habits. In my current situation (about 6 months after noticing weaker erections) i now have a harder time passing urine as if the urgency to urinate is being held in a different place than normal. When i do urinate, i sometimes deal with hesitancy because it feels like there is a blockage or that the muscles are almost too tight. When i try to squeeze out the last drops pf urine, it feels like the muscle isn't clenching and like the muscle won't work. I haven't been sexually active in about 2 1/2/ years but i am talking to girls and just wanted to wait for a relationship so I'm not sure how ill react to it. I will admit that I'm nervous that my erection won't be quality enough to satisfy her needs. Im just trying to find out if theres way to get the old strength back and get my urgency to urinate back. Im only 20 and i know these shouldn't be normal problems. If anyone could help it would be a GREAT relief to at least find some insight or be put in a direction to change things. Thanks to anyone who took time to read and/or help!!
