  • Hello!

Hello! I'm new here. I've thought about PE for awhile and well... it's pretty simple as for why.

I want to start hitting up the gym again, in the end I want to be as healthy and fit as possible. Since the penis IS a muscle, it's going to be part of my routine. I believe it should get as much attention as any other muscles, especially since it's partially involved in my performance in the room.

I've lurked around quite a bit but, I guess the only way to get involved is to actually interact with the community!

What are some things you recommend for a newbie? I've been looking into the 90 day routine and been trying to understand the plethora of acronyms I ran into

I actually registered in my final year of highschool to be honest, but now that I'm a medical student (Nursing), I've become far more comfortable with everything I do.

Got my anatomy textbook, should I ever do some research :P

    Pleasure to meet you all!

      Welcome to the gym!

Go to the START HERE! link at the top left of the page and do plenty of reading. In there you will find all of the essential information you will need to get started off safely and effectively. Choose a beginner routine, such as the JP90(JonPop-Intense Beginner Routine) to start off with. If there is anything you don't understand don't hesitate to ask questions.

      Beginner's Guide-What to Expect

The penis actually isn't a muscle. There is a "smooth muscle" within the penis but it's purpose is to relax allowing blood to flow in which in turn creates an erection. Here is a couple of good articles that explain how penis enlargement works.

To totally satisfy a woman sexually is not about having a large penis, it's about being a good lover.

          Hey shamarskii!

I agree It would be a good idea to click on the Start Here button at the top left of the page. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to pursue your routine.

Dont forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

PE safely and good luck with your endeavors.

Welcome, as a fellow EX Med student myself "EMT" you should do well especially in the physiological part of your routine.

Personally i read 1 week prior to starting P.E and i can tell you that it has been the best choice that i have made in 2017. I learned the most important Do's and Don't.

AS A NOOB Dont jelq at 100% erection, dont over grip start nice and slow and increase intensity over time. KEGELS are great as long as you do Both Regular/Reverse. The jp90 routine is rather intense for most people so i suggest you start off with 50 jelqs a day 3 times a week your first week and see how your body handles it. Afterwards you can increase intensity week after week, you will get perfect results if you do it this way. I sure did. good luck!
