    Hey everyone!

I have heard about PE years ago... ( I'm 24 ) I tried it before... but i left too soon..
This time I really want to get into it!

I bought the "exercising the penis" book ( which i think is great ! )

Here's my routine for the next 2 weeks ( i want to start slow ):

    10 minute of warm-up ( shower + towel )
    10 reps of JAI
2.5 minutes of streching ( 15 seconds to each direction ) + kegel to restore size
    5 minutes of jelqing
    25 kegels - each for 5-10 seconds.
3 min of balooning ( i think its better than edging )
5 min of cool down ( as suggested by the author of the book )

Size: 5.3-5.5 inch on length ( its kinda hard to measure with the upward curve )
4.13 inch on girth ( sometimes when i kegel hard i can get it to 4.25 )

    My goals: short term: 6x4.5
    long term: 7x5

    Good luck to us all!

Hey man welcom to the gym.
One question, how do you balloon for only 3 min? I dont think that will work my friend, I no i couldnt even get the to PONR once in 3 min, I need at least 20 min of edging or ballooning to get a nice efect from this.

hey clockwise! Welcome to the gym. Being quite new myself, it's quite hard for me to judge your current routine. I do suggest, once you feel ready, to follow JP's 90 day routine step by step. I have almost finished my first month and have noticed some positive PI's and some really fantastic EQ which are all signs of progress. As far as taking things slow, I certainly think you're viewing PE properly. Ask all of our veterans and they'll agree....This is not a race! Some people gain faster than others, thats just the way it is.... but down lose hope! Stick to the routines that have been proven succesful and keep visiting the gym to keep yourself motivated and eventually we'll all be reading of YOUR success story. best of luck brother!
