Hello everyone! New start here, im 24 years old overweight (27% bodyfat), and have recently felt down with my overall apperance. I have recently joined the gym in 2 forms, my local gym and pe gym . I recently measured myself and got results of 3.25 flaccid abd 5.75 erect non bone pressed. Going with these results my long term aims would be to gain 1.5 inches in length (erect and flaccid). I was reading earlier and decided to measure my bone pressed flaccid length with a ruler and pushed it in till it stopped and got a flaccid length of 5 inches. This was slightly sore as I had to push in quite far. Should i be pushing in till it hurts slightly? It now has me thinking if i can drastically lower my bodyfat maybe there is a much larger penis hiding away? I dont know if this is too much for an introduction but hopefully this is the start of a new me, im sure with you guys experience and guidance ill get there. Thanks

Reducing body fat will definitely allow for a larger visual. If I can give any advice at all about PE, be sure to read up on how to do PE correctly (it's more than just stroking your penis), be consistent and read up on the experienced guys post.

I'm not saying doing PE has boosted my confidence but I have been practicing handsfree helicopter shakes... :becky:

        Hey TH!

        Welcome to the Gym.

It would be a good idea to click on the Start Here button at the top left of the page. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

loosing weight at the Gym should reveal at least an additional 1:2 inch of visible (Nbp) length. Don't press to the point of pain. Just be sure it is pushed in the same amount each time.

It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to pursue your routine.

Dont forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

PE safely and good luck with your endeavors.

Welcome to the Gym. Most members try to measure bone pressed. It is a more static measurement. Non bone pressed tends to vary quite a bit. Especially if you are trying to lose some weight.

I suggest you check out the start here tab, find a routine that suits you, and start a progress log.

              Hope to see you around.
