  • Will my routine be sufficient?

    Hi all!

    I stumbled upon this site about a year ago, but just now decided to start with pe. I have been at it for about a week now and i wondered if my routine would be sufficient for gains as i haven't got a lot of time in my schedule.
    my routine is very basic and consist of warming up, 15-20min of basic stretching and 10 min of wet-jelqing. I also do 50 kegels every other day.
    will i see gains with this routine or should i ramp it up?

    Welcome to the gym!

    That routine looks good for a beginner and should be sufficient enough to possibly see some gains with. Over time start slowly increasing time and intensity to your routine.

    You should also go to the START HERE! link at the top left of the page and do plenty of reading. In there you will find all of the essential information you will need to get started off safely and effectively.

      Cavalier said it, jump onto that START HERE! area and as a beginner, your routine looks solid for some possible gains. Be patient, persistent and positive minded and most importantly safe in your training, and you'll go far.

        Start counting your seconds of stretches so you can progress little by little.This 15-20 minutes doesn`t say much.Try to count them on "sets x seconds".Also I don`t see edging.I would say that edging is very important.
        starting size:07.2016-NBPEL 15.3 cm;MEG 12.6cm(4.9)

        Now:01.2018-NBPEL 19cm(7.5);MEG 14cm(5.5)
