Started PEgym last month following a really bad breakup with the love of my life. Been together a little over 2 years. Sex was always explosive...although I believe I have a bit of PE which makes the first round a wash...but don't have a prob getting ready for 2nd and 3rd which obviously lasts longer...we also had plenty of foreplay...

After breakup I became a bit insecure thinking she might have been unhappy with my size or performance (hardly believe it's the case but my insecurities). She never said it but never said it was big either...so I figured I'd boost my confidence by trying out exercising to make some gains...

    Started June/13/2017 at
    BPEL 6.5"
    E.G. 5.1"
    BPFL 5.1"
    FLG 4.5"

    1month results July/13/17
    BPEL 6.96"
    E.G. 5.1"
    BPFL 5.51"
    FLG 4.92"

    Observations
Can feel stronger erections. Always had that though. PE still there even after multiple rounds kegels and reverse kegels...

Noticed more visible veins both when flaccid and erect..some more pronounced that others...not painful...just itchy sometimes but not persistent...

Are the gains typical? Disappointed no girth gains...is that typical? Followed newbie routine and ocassional moderate clamping even though I shouldn't.

    Any advice for PE?

    Welcome to the forum!

Which newbie routine in particular did you follow? Did you keep any journals of your training?

I believe a slightly modified version of JP's 90 Day...did more wet jelks than recommended and prob fewer v jelks. Also did dry jelks prob twice and clamping 2 days...very moderate 5 mins 2x. Stopped clamping cos I don't like the visible veins...

Clamping is not a newbie activity, and some make the mistake of assuming a technique is very advanced it'll accelerate gains. Usually, this just causes overtraining or injuries- or in best case scenarios, frustration.

Whatever routine you perform should initially be within your capabilities to work up from. Once you've mastered the form of the exercise you'll need to force small but regular increments of progress each session- most often in the form of increased reps but occasionally increasing the intensity (force) of the movements as well.

EQ work should definitely be included in your regimen if you hope to maximize your potential for gains as well.

I stopped with the clamping...did it 2 days looked very big afterwards...but for fear that I might have thrombosis I stopped. Hopefully these present veins are not thrombosed...so do I continue or throw in the towel..are these gains normal or shd have gained more. What should I do to get better girth gains...that's what I'm more interested in anyway....

What would be the best newbie I can follow to make good girth gains? Also for EQ which exercises would you recommend?

Unless you've truly injured yourself, if you're fully healed you should be OK to train. Just ease into it slowly!

Those gains are decent. Begin with the least invasive girth movements (like wet jelqs) and do your best to really feel the exercise. Your penis should appear pumped both during and after the exercise.

There's a stamina routine outlined in detail here. You'd perform stamina training immediately after your enlargement exercises.
