Hey guys! I'm excited to start my journey with this community. I'm 24 years old from Las Vegas.
My current measurements are (on a strong day), BPEL: 7.25" with an EG: 4.5"
I'm somewhat satisfied with my length but not quite, but my girth is on the lower end of average and I'd like to be able to fill a condom more properly.
My goals are 8" - 8.25" BPEL with a girth of 5.25" - 5.5".
For my beginning routine I'm considering 10min warm-up (mostly in the shower with the water directly on my unit, using my hands to cup the water) and then go into 5-10 minutes of stretching/helicopters and then 10 minutes of slow Jelqing with vaseline as lube.
Questions I have:
I read somewhere that it may be better to jelq first, and then stretch after?
How long might it take to reach my goal?
What exercises should I focus on to increase girth since it's my main insecurity?
I have tried PE in the past but I find it hard to stay consistent. I usually forget. How do you guys remember and stick to your scheduele?
Any comments are encouraged and greatly appreciated!

I was quite intrigued of you being able to forget, that is just remarkable. It is almost the same as wanting to build muscle, and forgetting to workout; doesn't add up. Besides that it really is all about discipline, discipline, discipline, as in all other aspects of life.
