    I found this forum looking for the other kind of PE (premature ejaculation). I'm 41 and noticed a few years ago my sexual fitness was declining. It's not that I was a minute man most of the time but the normal 3 to 5 minutes was not getting my wife what she needed which is usually 15 to 20 minutes. I started practicing Tantric breathing another practices about a year ago and found that it's possible to separate the orgasm from the ejaculation this is pretty awesome as now I'll have 10 to 15 orgasms before I ejaculate. But it was not getting me the consistent 15 to 20 minutes she need and my erection quality and desire had Wayned. So I got my testosterone checked and found that I was about half the level of the low-end of average at 173 normal range is 300 to 1200. And now that I found your site and I've become interested in giving it a try because frankly who wouldn't want an extra couple of inches. I have always been on the smaller side of normal so I'm ready to give it a shot and of course would appreciate any help along the way. I just started the JP 90 work out and I've completed three days of it

    Welcome to the Gym.

    It would be a good idea to click on the Start Here button at the top left of the page. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

    It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

    Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to pursue your routine.

    Dont forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

      Thanks Cheyenne, I've been reading a lot on the forums. I also found the Thunder survey. Any idea what beginner routine was used, or what enlargement pills were used? I'm taking Horney Goat weed mixed with other things. It helps my mood and seems to level out the Testosterone from my 10 day shots. With the Test replacement morning wood is always rock solid. Feels like I'm 17 again. But I'm going slow to start 2 days on 1 off 2days on 2 off

        Vitamins A, D, Magnesium, and Zinc are important for producing natural testosterone, and are often missing from diets. I supplemented these and have noticed improvements. Perhaps something to check into.

        The JP90 will help EQ from the jelqing, and perhaps some stamina too. I'd also look into edging if you haven't already and add it to the end of your routine.

              I get testosterone sipionate injections from the low T center every 10 days. Thinking I may have had low T levels all my life. Started puberty late, did not need to shave more than 1x a week until 23. Until the shots ( Jan 2017) still only shaved every 3 or 4 days. Was on a 14 day stretch between shots but we could not keep my levels above 300 even with big doses on the front end. I recommend any guy noticing a change in sex drive or drive in general over age 35 get their T levels checked. Had I done it at 38 it would have saved 3 years of mediocre to bad sex and dozens of fights between me and the wife.
