Hello I'm seeking your advice for some issue I have:
I am a multi-ejaculatory guy and really not a multi-orgasmic guy
My release doesnt bring me a lot of satisfaction
I did some research on websites and some sites tell that this kind of mmo is a luck or even a blessing(genetic mainly and due to lack of prolactin they say).It is definitely rather a curse for me right now. I just lose my energy without feeling satisfied.I tried no pmo of course but it's really hard for me ( pun intented) and I am often faced with my fears of someone seeing my boner(instant boner that can stay a long time)
I am not really interested in penis enlargement now, I am ok with what I have
So does anyone have some piece of advice I can use or some thoughts?

Multi ejaculation is often associated with partial ejaculation . Are you kegel clamping during orgasm?

I dont know if I understand correctly your message
I dont clamp but I definitively have kegel contraction during orgasm and maybe I begin to tense before orgasm . I dont know very well when orgasm begin and when it ends (that may seems stupid I know)

If you are rushing to orgasm that could be an issue . Take notice of what is going on in your pelvic floor you may be strangling your orgasm .
