  • Hello

Hello guys. English is not my first language so sorry if i make some grammar mistakes. So to start with im 22 years old. Have been heavy weed smoker. I smoked like 6 years every day. Im quitting because i think what's to much that's not good . Also quit all tobacco for about a month now trying to eat healthy and stay in this path. Secondly why i am here? I'll try to make some gains and eliminate my rotated(becouse of bad masturbation habits - one side of the shaft more developed) penis. I bought some supplements to help me in this long road to success. By the way i have some pelvic floor issues so i will concentrate on those too. Have uploaded my pic so will be posting and watching if anything positive happens. Thank you all and have a good day.

What types of Pelvic Floor issues do you have? Please be specific.
It's best to do PE without any pelvic floor issues and good EQ.

        Hey Tanzanas!

        Welcome to the Gym.

It would be a good idea to click on the Start Here button at the top left of the page. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to pursue your routine.

Dont forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

PE safely and good luck with your endeavors..

I would reccomend doing some reverse kegels and some deep squat (while holding a reverse kegel) and see where that takes you. Do you kegel a lot? Do you feel that your pelvic floor is tense?
Do you have any pain or discomfort? Any constipation? Sore pelvic floor muscles?

I dont feel any specific pain. Maybe some tensing when standing and leaning back. Yes sometimes i have constipation , but most of the time it's more diarrhoea. When urinating sometimes i feel like gas in my pelvic floor it's hard to explain. Once i found kegals like a year ago i thought why not it makes erections harder so i lean on my back and did lots of reps hard squeezes and holding how much i can. So after that i ended up with some kind of hard flaccid and my problems started to developing i quess or maybe problem somewhere else.
