Hi everyone, (not english speaker so forgive me if I make any mistakes) , first of all I'd like to say that I've been a lurker for some time (maybe 1 year) anyway about 8 months I got myself an extender and used it on/off for about 3 months if I recall correctly (also did some manual and pumped), then I stopped because I was busy, fast forward to now I started again using my extender, Tomorrow will be a month since I started again (no gains yet ), I'm gonna give it another month to see how it goes.If anyone who is more experienced in using the extender and seeing progress please feel free to guide me. I can write more info (hours used, tension etc.) if anyone is interested, maybe photos in the future, I just wanna see gains

Hello FakeGuy
Thanks for joining and thanks for posting.
I am moving this thread to the Introduce Yourself Forum since this is your first post and you did a nice job of telling us a little bit about your history.
Personally, I do not recommend using any device until after a year of manual exercises.
With that in mind, please consider:
a) Starting a personal log thread on the Progress Forum to record your experience. It will help keep you motivated and organized. It will also make it easier for other members to help you.
b) Taking a break from your extender to complete JP's 90 Day Beginner Routine. You will learn a lot about how your body responds to PE.
Good luck and Welcome!

like I said I would like to see some gains, I want to try to do 9 hours a day if I can ( in three 2 hours sessions and two 1,30 sessions) or at least 7 hours a day, as for the conditioning I don't feel like I need it as I've done it before, it's true that until I started again some time had passed but I kept using the extender on and off so I wouldn't say it counted , but like I said I don't feel like I need conditioning

Why don't you stick that in a progress log so that others can follow your routine and you'll be able to keep all the relevant information in one place.
You can start a progress log here...

Pre-exhausting/supplementing with a set of manual stretches can drastically cut down on the time needed in the extender. You should also consider including some stamina work (if you're not sexually active) and some form of girth exercise if you want gains in that area.Want a FREE Month of Coaching?
