I've been creeping on the site about 6 months when I started. I bought a traction device and have been doing manuel exercises. I did it religiously for about 2.5-3 months and gained roughly 1/4 inch length and girth erect. I don't have my ruler with me and I'm still learning the site as far as putting stats on my messages. I have a slight bend to the right (I'm left handed) and I've been trying to get it straight as an arrow but it seems about the same. Any tips would be great on that. Recently purchased a phalloguage s so I can do exercising while working ( constantly bending/moving)... I've been using the x4 labs device and stealth for the healing phase, though I had to modify it to keep it stealthy. I also purchased zen hanger's 9 inches sleeves to see which is easier/better... and I've had a bath mate which I used religiously for a month then only before sex.I feel I should have enough equipment to see an inch or two gain within the next year or two. If anyone has questions or tips let me know!

Welcome to the Gym.

If you have not already done so, It would be a good idea to click on the Start Here button at the top left of the page. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

As a reminder, remember to Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to peruse

Dont forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

Regarding curves, the initial approach should be to perform your exercises with an emphasis to countering the direction of the curve. If this doesn't yield satisfactory results, then more concerted methods like Erect Bends should be considered.

I've read a good deal on here, I'm amazed some people got over 2inches around a years worth of training or less.

When I do my jelqing on the last 10 or so probably, I'll squeeze a little harder and tug a little harder. My head turns into a rock it's so full. Not sure if that's bad but I haven't noticed any bad pi's and I make sure to massage for blood flow. I have my measurements and start pics on x4labs site I'll switch over, I planned to measure current stats at the same time but I'm currently out of town for work and left my tape measure at home. I know not to over measure so I leave it in the bottom of my pe bag to pull out on special occasions lol.

My bent happened when I was like 13, and I was pretty aggressive with it ... in the middle masterbating I felt a sharp pain and instantly went soft.there wasn't any bruising or discoloration. It doesn't hurt during sex or make anything uncomfortable, I just want it straight again. I'll have to try erect bends, I've been doing extra stretching to the left and even with the x4 device on I'll point it straight and fold it to the left. Also when the phalloguage comes in I plan to wear it to the left, and I keep it wrapped for healing almost 24/7 so it won't try to go back.

I was looking into the phalloguage, and ordered one, but it's been almost a week without any shipping details or message from them. I've sent them two emails and called once, guessing it used to be a company and now it's a scam? Hawaii phone number, manufactured in TX and address in CA. Got the phone number from their PayPal when I bought it. Even there name wasn't the same on there, but that could've been for discretion. Phone is a blank message repeating the phone number. And no response. Scam advisor said they've had no activity within a year. Seems like it's gone and I'm pissed because I can't find anything similar to wear while active yet discrete

Hi @Tatertots. Do you mean the PenisExtenderForum.com site from X4Labs? Have you had any luck on there lately? All I can see if pure spam posts, and looks like no one is moderating the site.

If there's a newer / better X4Labs site would you let me know?

I bought a similar device to the Phallogauge on AliExpress for $18 or so. I know you get what you pay for, but I've had it for 3 weeks and have worn it almost everyday with no problems.

I got my money back from phalloguage, never spoke to anyone from phalloguage. Had to escalate from PayPal, and got it all. Hope you get yours back. Maybe it was a legit site back in the day but I'm 110%sure it's a scam now :/
