Well then gents after reading loads of stories of better results I've joined the gym to see if it works for me.
My wife says she's happy with what I've got but I'd like to satisfy her a bit more.
I will get measurements up when I can find a tape measure or ruler.

You should also go to the START HERE! link at the upper left of the page and do plenty of reading. In there you will find all of the essential information you will need to get started off safely and effectively. Start off with a beginner routine, such as the JP90(JonPop-Intense Beginner Routine) and follow it through for the 90 days. If there is anything you don't understand don't hesitate to ask questions.
