  • For real this time...

    Howdy everyone!

After much procrastination, I have finally decided to take my PE seriously. I have been sporadically doing PE over the last 3 years, where sporadically is on 1 week, off 8 months or so.

I am excited to be part of this growing community (haha, pun intended), to learn and to pass on whatever I might know.

Later today I will start my log. I'm planning on putting in not just my PE excercises, but supplements, food, and gym activities.

I look forward to becoming healthier with you!

Welcome to the gym bro! Congrats on making the first step towards your goal. Really great to hear that you're already planning on starting a log. The progress log is a great way for the members here to provide you with motivation, and critique your routine to help you progress, safely. In case you haven't already done some research, the recommended routine for beginners is JP's 90 day routine. This is a great way to condition your penis and help prepare you for more advanced workouts which come later. With JP's routine, a detailed progress log, and alot of dedication...you're on your way brother. Looking forward to following your progress.
    Starting Stats:
    March 2010- BPEL: 5.75" MSEG: 4.80"
    Current Stats:
    November 2010- BPEL: 6.62" MSEG: 4.875"

Welcome Dos and like diesel said, ease into PE again and enjoy the benefits everyday!
Life certainly happens to all of us and I've had the extended break (6 months) in the past as well, but after you get going and stick to some sort of routine, it rocks (and is quite addictive to some extent).
        Good luck...
