Hello to the community, i'm new here, lurker for a week now & just registered & hoping the community is interactive & provide good support to its members. I'm a 30year old man here with an average size penor, 5.5"x5" & have a modest goal of increasing by 1" length & 0.5" girth & hopefully curing P.E. In life i'm all about self improvement, i like to work out, keep fit & healthy while getting more & more educated with each passing day(learning new languages etc), so this is just the next chapter in my self improvement journey.
Currently i'm doing a beginner routine, about 15-20mins total, 3x a week(mon-wed-fri) comprised of stretching & jelqing with kegel excercises during & hopefully within 6months to a year i can make my goal.
